How to Remove Gallstones Naturally I was diagnosed with multiple (actually three) gallstones two and a half years ago, and was scheduled for an operation to remove my gallbladder. However, I was very scared of operation and something inside me felt something was not right for me to have a gallbladder surgery. So I asked another doctor for a second opinion. He gave me medicines to lessen and if possible to take away the stomach pains and nausea. The medicines are also supposed to help melt and eventually eliminate the stones. But since I did not strictly followed the doctor’s dietary regimen that should accompany the medicines, the pain and cramping sensations I feel in my stomach area especially on my right side did not go away, instead it became more painful. And the stones became bigger. During this whole period of time I went back about 5 times to get an ultrasound so that I can check if my stones are getting smaller or if they are still in the gallbladder. I have also read that there are cases that gallstones go to the liver and cause much damage. My Gallstone Removal Method The cleansing method I did requires 7 days to complete. For the first six (6) days drink 4 – 5 glasses of apple juice or more. Remember that the more apple juice you drink during this period the softer your gallstones will become. Use 100% pure apple juice and look for the organic kind. It is best if you make freshly squeezed apple juice yourself. Try to lessen your dairy product and meat intake during these days. On the 7th day, just drink juice and water for the whole day. Stop taking anything
including liquids starting 6:00 pm. Mix 1.5 cup of extra virgin olive oil with 3/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. At 7:30 pm start drinking the mixture. You may opt to drink it all right away or divide the mixture into 4 or 6 portions or more and drink each part after every 20 minutes. I opted to divide the mixture and drink it partially until I finished all of it. As soon as you have drank any, lie on your right side and avoid any more movements. You may sit up to drink the next portion but lie down right away as you finished taking the mixture. When you feel nauseated after taking a portion of the mixture, you may sip very little pineapple juice or honey of about 1/8 of a teaspoon or smaller portion to lessen the aftertaste of the mixture in your tongue. But it is better to try and drink the mixture alone. It is best to drink all of the mixture without a sip of pineapple juice or honey but if you cannot finish all of it, try to drink as much as you can. When I woke up the following morning I found green and greenish yellow stones, which are said to be gallstones, with my stool. I have passed 12 to 15 pieces of stones although there are only three stones indicated in my ultrasound. After my cleanse, I have noticed increased vigor and vitality in me. How to Remove Gallstones from our Body Naturally Diseases of the gallbladder and biliary tract are common, often painful conditions that usually require surgery and may be life threatening. They include cholelithiasis, cholangitis, cholecystitis, cholesterolosis, biliary cirrhosis, and gallstone ileus and are often associated with deposition of calculi and inflammation. The gallbladder stores the bile salts and the cholesterol made in the liver. Bile salts are then discharge from the gallbladder into the intestine to help digest fats. These bile salts are "soapy" substances. They are produced in response to the amount of fat in the diet requiring digestion. Sometimes, these salts can become stones within the gallbladder itself; the stones often contain substantial amounts of cholesterol. The stones cause local inflammation; if the muscular gallbladder tries to expel them, blockage of the bile ducts by the stone may cause pain, additional inflammation, or jaundice (yellowing). Two risk factors for gallbladder disease increase by sixth to eight times. These are (1) heavy intake of saturated fat and cholesterol in the diet, which increases bile salt production, and (2) being overweight. Obesity not only greatly increases the frequency of the condition, but it also makes surgery to correct it more difficult and more hazardous. As a nurse, we gather more information, read, and study more about the disease. After surgery treatment, what we can do was to monitor patients' vital signs and measure drainage daily which normally 200 to 300ml. Normally, surgery is a treatment of choice but there are other treatments I could suggest such as low-fat diet; vitamin K; and during the attack, insertion of nasogastric tube and I.V. line. The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked. RECOMMENDED PRACTICE: For the first 5 days, take 4 glasses of apple juice everyday or eat 4 or 5 apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the 5 days, eat normally.
On the 6th day, take no dinner. Avoid food after 2 pm. At 6 pm, take a teaspoon of Epson Salt ( magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water. At 8 pm, repeat the same. Finally, we found some at Mercury drug branch in Quiapo, Manila near the Quiapo Church). At 10 pm, take ½ cup olive (or sesame) oil with ½ cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage. (Important tip: Drink slowly for better result, avoid food after 2 pm and expect more output the next day.) GALL STONE CLEANSE: Remove gall stones WITHOUT gall bladder surgery! Remove gall stones without cost! Pick a day when you have nothing much to do the next day, day, and preferably even the day after. Friday is best for most people who have the weekend off. Don't make any plans to go out! DO NOT EAT ANY SOLID FOOD after noon on the cleanse day. Peppermint oil (from your health food store) Pineapple or V8 juice (note: Biotta vegetable juice from Health food store is likely better than V8) Measuring cup or tablespoon size measuring spoon Pitcher of water Paint stirring stick Jar with screw-on lid Index cards Net to drape under the toilet seat, to catch your stones Place the net under you toilet seat so it will be ready when you need nee d it. Lift the seat and place the net across the porcelain stool, then replace the seat so it will hold the net in place. Place the pitcher of water and the paint stirring stick next to the toilet ready for when you need them. the m. Also Also have handy the screw-on lid for storing your gall stones and the index card. If you should experience extreme nausea na usea or vomiting, try chasing it with a small amoun t of V8 juice or pineapple juice. Or you might try adding a few drops of peppermint oil to the olive oil. Use one of these mixtures for a couple of doses and then go back to the olive oil and lemon juice without adding anything. THE PROCEDURE 12 Noon Stop eating all solid food
6.30 pm Stop drinking all fluids 7.00 pm Using a measuring device, pour ¼ cup (four tablespoonfuls) of olive oil and drink it. Follow immediately with one or two tablespoonfuls of lemon juice. Lie down and relax. Repeat this every 15 minutes. Sit up, swallow it and lie down again. If possible, ha ve someone else bring them to you. Relax, read or watch television. Keep as still as possible. It is best to lie on your right side. Repeat the exact dosage every 15 minutes until you have swallowed all of the pint of olive oil. If there is any lemon juice left, drink it all. It is now probably 10.00 or 10.30 pm Remember, if you have terrible nausea or vomiting sensations, use the peppermint oil in the olive oil, or chase the olive oil with a small amount of V8 or pineapple juice, until you can resume taking the plain olive oil and lemon juice. While you are taking the olive oil and lemon juice, if it gets hard h ard to swallow, swallow, take a little more time between doses. Try 20 minutes between doses, or 25 minutes. Try to swallow all of the oil and lemon juice. If you are too nauseated to get it all down, take as much as you possibly can. You have finished the olive oil and lemon juice. Now go to bed and do your best to go to sleep. Lie on your right side. This position speeds up the process of the olive oil entering the gall bladder to act as a lubricant. This, along with the softening action of the lemon juice, will help to free the stones more easily and readily from the gall bladder. Stay in bed and forget everything until the urge to go the toilet comes. That was really quite simple, wasn't it? About 2.00 or 3.00 am you'll probably wake up with the unmistakeable urge to go to the toilet. It may not happen. For some, it doesn't happen until 11am the next day. If your first bowel movement is at 2.00 or 3.00 am you will probably have no stones in it, but you'll want to check to be sure. When you have the first bowel movement after the cleanse, you'll use the pitcher of water and the paint stirring stick to wash the fecal material through the net. Pour water gently
and use the stick to separate the stones from the fecal material. The fecal material will be runny and wash through the net. You can use the index card, folded in half, as a makeshift shovel. Place the stones in the jar and screw the lid on. You may want to show your stones to some people. Many will be amazed, but some will still be unbe unbelievers. lievers. You You certainly want to keep your stones for a while to remind yourself that it was all worth while. After a few days they will dissolve (because of the lemon juice and oil). If you want to keep them for an indefinite period, store them in your freezer with a label - GALL STONES. DON'T' EAT!!!! EAT!!!! You may notice green objects and maybe greenish liquid excrement in the toilet bowel. Those are small gall stones. Some gall stones may be dissolved by the treatment. Dr Lewis found that 1% of people p eople failed to pass gall stones. If you are o ne of these 1%, don't be disappointed. In some individuals, the powerful action of the lemon juice causes the stones to dissolve before they are passed out of the body. IF you have only greenish liquid bowel movements, the cleanse has been effective. Notice any increase in vitality that usually follows the cleanse. Some people (including doctors) will say that your gall stones are not gall stones but fecal matter. He ran the necessary tests… His analysis of the stone sample I sent was 91% c holesterol and the rest was bile salts, water and inert ingredients. In other words, the sample had the chemical contents of gall stones. And the report clearly states it was gall stones".
