How to make Chicken korma

Chicken 1 kg Oil 7-8 table spoon Yogurt 1 cup Red chillies ½ tea spoon Salt to taste Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon Tomatoes 3-4 chopped Onion 2-3 medium medium size chopped Garlic 5-6 cloves chopped Ginger paste ½ teaspoon Garm masala powder ½ teaspoon Chopped coriander Chopped green chillies
Method
Fry the chicken in oil in heated pan until it changes colour. Then add chopped onion in the fried chicken and fry onion until it changes colour stir well. Then add chopped tomatoes, garlic , ginger paste red chillies salt turmeric powder and garm masala powder and cook for few minutes. When tomatoes are cooked then add yogurt to chicken, cook on low heat until chicken is done, then turn the heat high and cook until oil appear. Turn off the heat and garnish the chicken with Orinda and green chillies.
