Dear Partner, We are in the enviable position that several of our products are enjoying a high popularity over a very long period of time; this means that we have products in our portfolio that are way over 15 years old. At the same time many of our suppliers, mainly in electronics do not feel obliged to supply components over this lifetime. This is understandable as we are in a niche business where quantities are low and electronics is a high volume business. To be able to keep these products available for the market we end up making constant redesigns of our products as well as spending considerable time scouring the market for components. Next to that for many components we had to make long time commitments at considerable cost or install safety stocks. We understand this is a necessity to keep these products available and satisfy customer needs but recent analysis shows that we need to pass these costs on to the market. However as a result we have been forced to significantly update the prices of several families of products, most notably MK4, PSV and DS350/160 Maestro to better reflect these changing conditions. For cSCALE and qSCALE I2 there will be no changes as we have been able to offset cost increases over larger purchase volumes which is also re-enforcing our strategy. In the qSCALE Ix part of the price list you will find new cable options with drastically reduced pricing thanks to a new sourcing strategy. Also the 7” version named the qSCALE I3 has been added as well as the “field connection box”, a new product that will be introduced to you at the Dealer meeting but will significantly reduce the effort involved in connecting the cSCALE and qSCALE families to available sensors.

Take this as a definitive version of the list price becoming active on May 1 2016. As of that date older pricelists are no longer valid. Any orders received before April 30 which will be delivered in Q2 of 2016 will be honoured at the 2015 prices.
