Guidelines For Video Archive 1. VA is the facility provided to the enrolled ALDINE candidates. The candidate can view the classes with Limited view s at their Home. 2. VA is not the replacement of sessions done at the centres. This is an added facility to recall their missed lectures or to be revised. 3. VA is available only for Students Ids and Not on Centres Id
Important For Students: 1. This facility is accessible on LAPTOPS only. 2. The classes will run only on those Laptops where it had been viewed very first time. The student can not change / add the Laptop for access.
3. The student can’t view it on Desktop/I Pads / Smart Phones or any other Gadgets. 4. The candidate needs to download the software for these classes ( Refer to PPT from Page No 3 ). 5. The laptop must be fully functioned with required Specification in terms of Processor, Operating System, and Screen Resolution(1024*768 pxl) etc. 6. The views are available in 50-50 Ratio. There are 50% of Blocked classes (to be accessed at / by centre) and 50% unblocked classes (to be accessed by the candidates). 7. Further 50% of unblocked views are divided into 30-20 ratio which means 30% of views can be done during the Batch duration and 20% before the examination. 8. Any unblocked class can be accessed TWICE. 9. No Request will be entertained to increase the views. 10. All the blocked classes will be represented as 0/0 and unblocked will be represented as 0/2. 11. The Counted view will be considered only when the class runs continuously for 2 Minutes on the Laptop. Any Hang -up / Power failure during this First 2 minute will not count the view. T he student will be responsible for the Loss of views (If occurred apart from any other circumstances). 12. All the Ongoing running applications on the Laptop needs to be closed / shut down before Playing A LDINE classes.
13. Any unfair means of transmitting the video through some other source connected to Laptop will lead to the disruption of the class. The Technical team can closely check the same and the student will be barred from such services in near future.

Guide to install the software
Step 1: Setup is available on www.aldine.edu.in (student login). Software is available in two versions, 32 bit & 64 bit. Download as per your Operating system. Example: If your operating system type is of 3 2 bit - Download 32 bit
version. To check OS type follows the links
Step 2: Unzip the downloaded file, click on AVA-32bit.msi (for 64 bit, AVA-64bit.msi). Go through the installation process, accept the end-user license if you want to install on your system. Step 3: After installation a shortcut will be created on your desktop. Step 4: Click on the icon to run the software.

Step 5: Enter user Id and Password as shown below.
User ID = Your Aldine Registration number Password = your password
User id
Password Click on Login button
Step 6: After login you will see all the batches allocated to you.
