1 Oral Sex Women often complain about men's ability to perform cunnilingus or, as it's more commonly called, oral sex. This is why this text on the subject was written. But it's not just the complaints that have spurned this text. it's also the hundreds of men asking for advice on how to give great oral sex. I can only imagine the millions of others who stand like a deer caught in headlights when it comes to the task. The following oral sex techniques are a simple guide to teaching all of you the basics of "eating out," and I'm not talking about fine dining. But first of all, if your lady is giving you explicit instructions for oral sex, follow them and ignore most of the specifics in here. If you're not much of a vaginal vacuum and are hesitant to try oral sex because of odors or whatever other preconceived notions that you have, ensuring that she has just come out of the shower will ease your tension and you'll be able to let loose orally. There are men who stand their ground and absolutely refuse to perform oral sex; I suggest you get over yourself, because your girl likes to receive oral sex as much as you consider a good blow job a part of foreplay. Performing above-average oral sex on a woman takes some skill and an understanding of women’s bodies. There are several things that can go wrong, however if you understand what’s required to send her over the edge, you can become a master of oral sex, and be talked about, fantasized about and remembered for the rest of her natural life. The beauty of oral sex is that it doesn’t matter how big your penis is, how cut you are or how ugly you are; when your face is covered in her, neither of you will care. The rule? Ladies first. First rules: •

Male preparations: •
General male cleanliness: take a shower upfront

Cut your finger nails as close as you can

Shave your facial hair as close as you can, you don't want your lady to get a rash on her thighs because of your facial hair. But also be careful not to cut yourself.

Brush your teeth. If you're not in a committed relationship using mouthwash alone may be a better option. Using a tootbrush can cause small bleedings which is not so good SOA-wise.

Good oral sex is done without dental dam. A little risk for a SOA, but you only have 2 hands and you need both for other things than a dental dam.
Environmental settings •
Darkened room with small light(s) on the ground (lower than the bed). Even the most beautiful woman has some insecurities about her body. This kind of lighting like makes a woman feel less insecure about being naked.
No hard requirements... but if possible: •
Room temperature of 22 degrees Celsius

Spray “Prada Homme” in the room and on the bed at least 30 minutes before. The eau de toilette seems to do something to women, but it doesn't smell very good/soapy the first 30 minutes,

1.0.1 Full body massage You need to relax your lady before beginning with the oral sex. The best way to achieve this is a full body massage. How you do the full body massage is yours to decide. Most women are very happy to specify how they would like to be massaged. •
Stay away from the intimate parts for now

Use a non-oil based massage oil (probably better named gel).

1.0.2 Useful positions In order to make your oral buffet as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible, have your lady lie on her back with her legs spread apart and her knees slightly bent. Get on your stomach between her legs and slide your arms under her legs. Your head ends up comfortably facing your oral objective. Wrap your arms around her legs and you'll have perfect access to her vagina, which allow you to manipulate it with your fingers. You can also bring her behind to the edge of the bed while you give her oral sex. Have her rest her feet on your shoulders or on the edge of the bed as well, and you'll have plenty of access while you kneel in front of her love cave. This position will also give your fingers full access to her vagina. Another good option is to have her lie back on the bed with her butt near the edge, her feet resting on the edge of the bed, and you kneel in front of her. These are not the only options, but they are good for starters.

1.0.3 Vaginal massage After the full body massage, and after getting into position.Massage her vagina on the outside. Don't stick fingers in her vagina yet and even stay on the outside of her labia. We suggest the vagina massage from the “Nina Hartley Advanced Guide to Cunnilingus”. Available on cd and downloadable from the internet. 3 moves you can do in sequence: •
With you right hand coming from above. Pinch the outer labia halfway using your thumb and index finger, Then while keeping the outer labia between your fingers pull upward, release, and repeat . To your lady this will feel good, it will feel like very soft numb pressure on her clitoris because you don't touch the clitoris directly. With most women this can be done pretty hard. However some women are very sensitive and you have to be more gentle with those.

Put your both hands on the outside of the outer labia and massage just outside the outer labia from bottom to top using a rotating movement away from the labia. To your lady this will just feel good. The massage will make more blood flow to her lips and clitoris and the labia will be more open/erect afterwards.

Pinch, roll, and pull massage. Pinch some skin to both sides of the clitoris, on the outside of the labia, Pull the skin to the front and the to the bottom. To your lady this will also feel great.
How long should this take? Not that long, depending on the lady, after a little while most women will want you to move on.

1.0.4 Tongue to lips Getting your tongue to do the right thing during your lady's first adventure might seem difficult, but the trick is to start off slowly and softly. Pretend she is a sweet lollipop, and you want to savor every lick. Flex your tongue, soften it, explore -- then repeat. Keeping the pressure light will make her hot with anticipation, which is exactly what you want for the majority of your exploration. She will realize that you are not going to hurt her, so she will be able to relax and enjoy it. Any licking, gentle sucking or all-around moisture from the mouth to the vaginal entrance, or the labia (lips) will surely make you popular with your flavor of the evening. When you begin to give oral sex, it's important to start slowly. Women like it when a man takes the time to appreciate her and her body. What she won't like is an over-achiever who jumps right in with an aggressive tongue. Pretend that her entire vagina is an ice-cream cone with three scoops of your favorite flavor; if you don't like ice-cream, I'm sure you can appreciate the metaphor. Use your tongue to lick her vagina from its entrance up to the clitoris (but excluding the clitoris for now). Remember to chill out and relax; enjoy yourself and don't get tense. Use a flat, soft, limber tongue and let your tongue roam from bottom to top of her outer labia on the left and right hand side. Repeat between her innner and outer labia. This while still excluding the clitoris from direct contact. You can do this a couple of times, but also not too long. Make sure your partner understand you like eating her out. That's there's no deadline on her having an orgasm, or that you will consider it a failure if she doesn't orgasm. Most women need to feel relaxed before they can come.
1.0.5 Oral exploration Don’t slobber, bite, apply too much pressure, go too fast, be rough, or be tense -- relax and enjoy yourself, and she will, too. Don’t think that oral sex is an appetizer because it can be starters, the main course or dessert. Do explore, keep it gentle and soft, experiment a little with techniques and positions, and read her signals. 7186

1.0.6 Intense clitoral stimulation When you have her as hot as a lioness in heat, the following oral sex techniques are going to drive her wild. Once again, make sure to pay attention to her reactions and body language at all times. Now we're switching to the clitoral part. With your left hand on her mons pubis push it up and keep it there... This has as effect that the clitoris is moved upwards and that it already feels some pressure. One of the tricks usually proposed is to write the alphabet with your tongue on her clitoris, but this is not necessary and there are better ways. Write a “cross” on her clitoris, move your tongue up and down 2 times on her clitoris, followed by moving your tongue 2 times from left to right and back. You don't need to do this superfast, but you need to be rythmitic. Required speed will differ between women (but not by much), you can gauge her reactions or she may even tell you. When this has been going on for a while, keep the left hand on her mons pubis pushing it up, but retract your right arm from under her leg. Lubricate your middle finger with saliva or lubrication, and insert that one finger in her vagina (but only that one finger). The finger should flex upwards. While still licking the cross on her clitoris, repeat a “come here” motion with the middle finger.in her vagina. Your finger should hit the “back” of the clitoris. The spot there will feel a bit different than the surrounding area, more spongy. Important here to remember is that this will only work if your lady is lying flat, if she has her back arched e.g. you will hit her bladder that way and that will only make her want to pee, and not get excited. And important to note is that it should be done softly. Guy talk: you may like your penis stroked, but you usually also don't like your penis being yanked very hard. Change the licking of the crosses to licking 2 crosses followed by sucking in her clitoris and releasing it (kinda french kissing it). And then repeating the whole cycle. Keep doing both licking/sucking and the rubbing until she comes. Important here is to keep the focus on the clitoris keeping the same steady rythm. Don't pay attention anymore to other body parts, don't start talking, … The moment you lose your focus most women will lose their built-up momentum which usually annoys the hell out of them. Eventually she will come with a mind blowing orgasm, practically 100% guaranteed but it may take between 5 and 20 minutes: what you're doing to her is more stimulation then she usually gets during intercourse. When she's close to orgasm you'll feel her stomach twitching under your left hand (which is pushing up the mons pubis). 8

Other important notes are: •
Not to speed up when she gets more excited, this is a beginner's mistake. Keep doing what is working, keep the same rythm.

Do not stop EVER until your lady tells you to stop or pushes your head away. There's little more annoying for your lady than almost reaching orgasm just about when you stop. Continue until she comes.
1.0.7 The tongue's the one No one likes a slobbering idiot, so don't lose your mind while you're in her sacred garden. Don't start drooling all over her vagina and don't do random things when you're giving her oral sex. Always have a strategy when you're going down and an escape plan, just in case you hit a foul ball. Lastly, and I can't stress this enough, never bite any part of the vagina. Not only can it cause physical harm, but you'll probably get thrown into the dog house. If you're a woman reading this you know what is meant, if you're man, how would you feel about someone biting hard in your penis.
1.0.8 Oral sex rhetoric There you have it; some of the basics to giving good oral sex. Of course this isn't a definitive oral sex guide, but it's a good place to start. There are plenty of other positions and techniques that you can try; the ones here are just some of the more comfortable positions. Remember: don't be shy, be gentle, take your time, experiment, and have fun.
1.0.9 Positions There are other positions available for cunnilingus than described in here. But there are not a lot that will get women to orgasm consistently. •

1.0.10 Tongue excercise The best exercise is to just do it. But if you're really into it, you can do tongue excercises to be able to give cunnilingus for a longer time. Essentially it's sticking out your tongue and going through the motions for maybe 5 to 10 minutes a day. Don't expect much change the couple of first weeks, but after a while you'll notice that you will tire less tonguewise.
1.0.11 The statistics The statistics about cunnilingus. About 50% of the men perform cunnilingus on their partners, the other 50% doesn't. Of the men that perform cunnilingus, only a very few will continue until their partners comes, most will keep it to a couple of licks and then continue with the “real sex”. With the technique described above practically 100% will have an orgasm, if they can already orgasm in other ways. Why: the combined licking and finger work is more intensive than most other stimulation. How long does it take? It takes as long that it takes.70% comes within 5 minutes, 90% comes with 10 minutes. And no woman is known to last more than 20 minutes with the proper technique for the first orgasm. If you give cunnilingus more than one time in a row the time required to reach orgasm will increase. And most women will get too sensitive after 2 times to continue.
