How to use “IELTS W r it i t in i n g Q u e st s t io io n s ” “IELTS Writing Questions” Questions” contains a selection of academic and general writing questions, designed for use both inside and outside the traditional classroom. Each section of the book is indexed under a heading which contains a selection of subject based questions. For Teachers and Trainers Each topic can be used to supplement your IELTS program, and could be used for guided or open writing practice. You can freely photocopy each question page for classroom use. If you are teaching in a traditional learning environment, we recommend you photocopy each question. You may like to color bar the questions, by using colored paper. For example yellow paper could be for Academic two questions and white for Genera Genera l part par t one pra ctice. ctice. For teachers or trainers who work in a modern classroom setting, using a flat screen television, laptop, or LCD projector, “IELTS Writing Questions” is available in ebook form-details form-details are on pag e 47. For Students The writing section of the IELTS test needs plenty of practice, and you should also try to develop your written skills outside your class. We do recommend you to form an IELTS writing group or practice alone in your spare time. Underneath each question you will find a check list, try to use this checklist when you have completed your essay or letter, and make any corrections if you have discovered any errors as you go through the list. Remember IELTS writing tests are always hand written, so we would recommend you to practice writing by hand rather than the more modern approach of using a computer.
