FOURTH KRIYA first part Place your awareness at Ajna in the center of the head. Exhale sweetly from Ajna to the heart Chakra (very short breath); visualie the ener!y come down throu!h the front. "ocus on the heart Chakra and feel the Prana. Concentrate on the e#uilibrium state between inhalation and exhalation. $emain in this condition without breathin! for some seconds. %hen let natural inhalation start. "ollowin! this natural inhalation raise the awareness in Ajna. Concentrate on the e#uilibrium state between exhalation and inhalation. $e&eat a!ain and a!ain until the breath is almost non'existent. FOURTH KRIYA second part p art Place your awareness at Ajna. nhale sweetly from uladhara to Ajna and draw the Prana into Ajna %otally for!et the existence of other Chakras. Concentrate on the e#uilibrium state between inhalation and exhalation. Exhale sweetly from Ajna down the s&ine but do not come down to uladhara. *ou *ou will see that the exhalin! current reaches s&ontaneously a certain &oint in the s&ine. t is not &ossible to foresee where this &oint will be. +ut it is fundamental to observe where it is because this &oint becomes the new startin! &oint. , re&eat- for!et the existence of other Chakras. %here %here is only a hollow hollow tube between uladhara and Ajna- all the &rocess ha&&ens there. there . /ow inhale a!ain from this &oint into Ajna. %he current comes u& throu!h throu!h the s&ine and the len!th of the way is obviously shorter. Concentrate on the e#uilibrium state between inhalation and exhalation.
