FIZIČKE OSOBINE ELEKTRO TERAPIJE Pod električnom strujom podrazumevamo tok elektrona (negativno nabijenih čestica atomskog sistema) u jednom provodniku.
ELEKRTONSKA TEORIJA Razvojem atomske fizike došlo se do razjašnjenja fenomena električnosti. Osnovni nosilac elektriciteta jeste elektron,atomski sistem pretstavlja neutralni sistem većeg broja elemenata koji su postavljeni slično solarnom sistemu.Oko jednog jezgra (atomskog nukleusa) kruže elektroni postavljeni na određenoj udaljenosti (nivoima,putanjama koji se kreću u više ravni u odnosu na jezgro tako da čitav sistem ima loptast oblik). Elektron je negativno naelektrisana čestica vrlo male mase i u odnosu na proton (pozitivnu česticu) njegova masa je oko dvehiljade puta manja ,s’toga je naelektrisanje elektrona najmanje koje postoji i uzima se kao elementarno naelektrisanje ili elementarna količina elektriciteta. Težina ili masa elektrona je izmerena i ona iznosi me=9,1 · 10²³g.Čitav 10²³g.Čitav atom ima dijametar (prečnik) od jednog desetomilionitog dela milimetra ili 0,1nm.Broj elektrona je ravan broju protona što daje ravnotežu jednom atomskom sistemu u pogledu naelektrisanja,međutim njihov broj varira prema vrsti elementa i njhovom mestu u periodnom sistemu elemenata. Atom prelazi u jonsko stanje i naelektriše se negativno ili pozitivno u koliko mu se doda elektron (anjon) ili u koliko mu se oduzme elektron (katjon). Niz fizičkih i hemiskih pojava bazira se na ovoj pojavi dodavanja dodav anja ili oduzimanja elektrona atomima bilo u prirodnim procesima ili reakcijama izazvanim veštačkim putem.
ELEKTRIČNI NAPON Električni napon ili potencijalna razlika izražava se jedinicom napona koja se zove volt (V) i izražava se formulom 1v = 1J/1c. U stacionarnom električnom kolu dve tačke imaju stalne potencijale pa je prema tome i napon među njima stalan. Kulonov zakon glasi:sila privlačenja odnosno odbijanja između dva tela čija su naelektrisanja E1 i E2 upravo je srazmerno naelektrisanjima,a obrnuto srazmerno kvadratu njihovog međusobnog rastojanja.

KONDENZATORI Pored toga što kapacitet jednog provodnika zavisi od njegovih dimenzija (veličine poluprečnika kružnog provodnika) provo dnika) postoji i drugi faktor koji utiče na kapacitet,a to je prisustvo jednog drugog provodnika prov odnika u neposrednoj blizini a koji treba da bude uzemljen. Ta zavisnost objašnjava se električnom infuencom,na tom principu zasnivaju se električni kondenzatori sastavljeni od dva provodnika koji mogu da kondenzuju veću količinu elektriciteta nego svaki za sebe odvojeno.Ima ih više vrsta: –Pločasti ; –Sferni ; –Cilindrični kondenzatori. Kapacitet kondenzatora zavisi od rastojanja provodnika (plča) u tom smislu da se smanjivanjem rastojanja povećava kapacitet.Kod pločastog kondenzatora na kapacitet utiče aktivna površina ploča tj.onaj deo gde se ploče preklapaju.Približavanje ploča kondenzatora zavisi od dielektrikuma ili izolatora jer će inače na određenoj udaljenosti doći do pražnjenja izmđu njih.Zato njih.Zato se u obloge kondenzatora umesto vakuma ili vazduha postavlja druga materija,na taj način dolazi do indukcije među pločama opterećenog kondenzatora sa novim količinama elektriciteta što omogućava da kondenzator primi još više elektriciteta i poveća svoj kapacitet. Svaki dielektrikum se označava brojem koliko puta može povećati kapacitet kondenzatora u poređenju sa vakumom ili vodom koji imaju dielektričnu konstantu jedan (parafin 2,kvarc 4-5,staklo 5-7).Kondenzatori mogu biti sa stalnim ili promenljivim kapacitetom.
ELEKTRIČNI KAPACITET Količnik količine elektriciteta provodnika i odgovarajućeg potencijala naziva se kapacitet jednog provodnika,jedinica kapaciteta naziva se s e farad 1F=1c/1v.Farad je velika jedinica i u praksi se koristi češće 1μF=106F,1pF=10¹²F. Kapacitet je proporcionalan poluprečniku sfernog provodnika što znači da u koliko je veći poluprečnik provodnika u toliko je potrebna veća količina elektriciteta da bi se potencijal koristio za izvesnu količinu.
PIJEZOELEKTRICITET Kvarc kao i neki drugi kristali ako se izlože pritisku naelektrišu se u jednom pravcu tako da jedna strana postane pozitivno,a druga negativno naelektrisana.U koliko se umesto pritiska izlože istezanju onda se naelektrišu u obrnutom ob rnutom smeru.

PIROELEKTRICITET Neki kristali među kojima turmalin,na običnoj temperaturi su elektro neutralni,prilikom izmene temperature bilo da se ona povećava zagrevanjem ili smanjuje hlađenjem postaju naelektrisane sa jedne strane pozitivnim,a sa druge negativnim elektricitetom.
ELEKTRIČNA STRUJA Pojam električnog toka ili struje uveo je Aleksandro Volt,jer je svojim eksperimentima dokazao prenošenje električnog fluida sa metala koje je nazvao provodnici prve klase ili suvi provodnici na provodnike druge klase ili vlažne provodnike koji se ne gubi.Ustvari stalno proticanje elektrona u zatvorenom kolu pod uticajem polja i potencijalne razlike naziva se električni tok ili električna struja. U jednom zatvorenom kolu el.struje razlikujemo izvor elektriciteta i provodnik kojim su vezani polovi tog izvora.El.izvor može biti u vidu voltinog elementa baterije ili akomulatora,leklaše tipa(suvi element) ili mehaničkog generatora.Ti izvori deluju u vidu pumpe za vodu ili tečnosti,mada se ne može kretanje el.struje kroz provodnik indentifikovati sa kretanjem vode kroz cev.Na krajevima el.izvora stvara se potencijalna razlika (naponska razlika) te s´toga el.polje u provodniku izaziva kretanje elektrona.U čvrstim i tečnim provodnicima nije isti tip kretanja el.struje.U voltinom elementu razlikujemo unutrašnje kolo struje (u tečnosti elektrolita) i spoljnje kolo koje čini metalni provodnik.U tečnosti se kreću ne samo s amo elektroni kao nosioci negativnog naboja već i protoni kao nosioci pozitivnog naboja,odnosno naboja,odnosn o čitavi joni (anjoni kao i katjoni). U metalima nema kretanja protona već samo elektrona.Joni metalnog provodnika raspoređeni su u kristalnoj rešetci,što znači dosta pravilan raspored na osnovu kretanja el.struje.Pre nego što počne da na provodnik utiče dejstvo el.izvora i polja ti elektroni i joni su praktično elektro neutralni gledajući provodnk u celini.Čim se provodnik nađe u kolu koje vrši uticaj na elektrone oni se kreću u suprotnom smeru od pravca polja.Elektroni nisu u stanju mirovanje u metalnom provodniku,jer usled us led postojeće temperature metala u njemu postoji i toplotno kretanje čestica i elektrona koje je nepravilno i haotično. Elektron 9,1· 10³¹ Pod uticajem polja koje je postavljeno od višeg potencijala ka nižem tj. u smeru pozitivnog elektriciteta to se elektroni kreću u njemu u suprotnom supr otnom smeru tj. ka pozitivnom polu.U pogledu kretanja elektrona u el.polju ne može biti b iti analogije sa tečnošću jer elektroni prelaze vrlo male putanje prenoseći energiju mnogo brže nego što se oni kreću,slično kao što se prenosi pritisak u hidrauličnom sistemu a da molekuli tečnosti ne prevaljuju put od početka do kraja sistema.Brzina el.struje je ravna brzini svetlosti što je u stvari brzina el polja.Elektroni zavisno od jačine polja svoje kratke putanje prelaze sporije predajući energiju u sudarima s udarima sa drugim elektronima koji im se nađu na putu.Brzina kretanja elektrona može se izračunati i ona se kreće od nekoliko

PROSTO STRUJNO KOLO Upoređujući tok elektriciteta kroz provodnik sa tečnošću koja se nalazi u jednoj cevi možemo napraviti analogiju prostog strujnog kola sa zatvorenim sistamom u kome se tečnost kreće potiskivana snagom pumpe.Slično razlici u pritisku kod tečnosti javlja se i potencijalna razlika u kolu struje koja prouzrokuje prouzrok uje tok elektriciteta. Kolo struje pretstavlja povezivanje polova sa različitim naponom.Mesto većeg napona je izvor elektrona,a mesto nižeg napona bi bila druga tela ili zemlja sa nultim naponom.U užem smislu pod kom struje podrazumevamo kretanje elektrona od izvora preko provodnika vezanog za negativni pol p ol pa do pozotivnog pola izvora gde se ti elektroni vraćaju.Postoji takozvano unutrašnje i spoljašnje kolo struje s´tim što se unutrašnje nalazi u samom izvoru,a spoljašnje je iznad izvora i u njega je uključen pacijent.
ELEKTRODE Pojam elekrode uveo je Faradej 1833god. (elektrohodos-put elektriciteta).Elektrodu sa visokim potencijalom on je nazvao ANODA + (ana-gore),a elektrodu sa niskim potencijalom KATODA─ (kata-dole).Pacijent se uključuje u kolo struje preko elektroda.
PROVODNICI I IZOLATORI Sva tela mogu se grubo svrstati u dve ekstremne grupe prema tome da li provode elektricitet (provodnici) ili onemogućavaju njegovo provođenje (izolatori).Svila,staklo i njima slična tela mogu se držati u ruci i izazvane količine elektriciteta ostaju na njima jer ona ne provode elektricitet pa se nazivaju izolatori ili dielektrici.Za razliku od metala i elektrolitskih rastvora koji vrlo dobro provode elektricitet i nazivaju se provodnicima. Zemlja pretstavlja najveći provodnik gde se upijaju i najveće količine elektrona sa negativno naelektrisanog tela i obratno dajući elektrone pozitivno naelektrisanom telu koje se uzemlji.Uzemljenje služi kao mera sigurnosti da se iz provodnika sa naponom opasnim po život najkraćim putem odvedu elektroni u zemlju u slučaju probijanja i dodira sa telom čoveka,tako da isprazne provodnik pod naponom i učine ga bezopasnim. Izvesna hemiska jedinjenja kao i kristali pokazuju osobine provođenja el.struje samo u jednom pravcu pa se nazivaju poluprovodnicima. poluprov odnicima. Izolatori se koriste za osiguranje provodnika tako da se struja od izvora prenosi na zeljeno mesto bez opasnosti da se usput izgubi život odnosno dovede u opasnost osoba koja rukuje aparatom.

OTPORNICI Svi provodnici nisu istog kvaliteta kad se radi o provodljivosti el.struje.Metali kao što su srebro,bakar i drugo se smatraju najboljim provodnicima ili provodnicima prvog reda kako ih je kategorisao Volta.Raspored njihovih atomskih sistema u kristalnim rešetkama je skoro idealan tako da ne pružaju otpor prolasku elektriciteta.Haotično kretanje elektrona usled relativne zagrejanosti provodnika ipak pruža izvestan otpor i kod provodnika prvog reda. Ukoliko bi se temperatura snizila do blizu apsolutne nule (-273Cº) kretanje čestica unutar metala bi prestalo tako da bi se dobili idealni ili super provodnici,tu osobinu naročito pokazuju živa,kalaj,aluminijum,cink i neki drugi metali.Relativan otpor provodnika načinjenog od jednog od nabrojanih metala je praktično minimalan ali najčešće koristimo provodnike od bakra čija je provodljivost provo dljivost preko 90%.Provodnici napravljeni od smeše dva ili više metala koje nazivamo metalnim legurama pretstavljaju teško prolazan put za elektrone,u nekim takvim provodnicima od legure trenje elektrona je vrlo veliko tako da se samo deo struje propušta do kraja takvog provodnika.Namerno postavljeni takvi delovi provodnika u kolo struje nazivaju se otpornicima,oni otpor nicima,oni mogu biti ugrađeni u vidu reostata sa stalnim ili promenljivim otporom.Svaki metal pokazuje specifičan otpor koji se izražava u faradu po centimetru (F/cm),specifični otpor za srebro iznosi 1,66 ,bakar 1,78 ,čelik 20. Otpor je srazmeran dužini provodnika,a obrnuto srzmeran preseku.Jedinica za merenje otpora je om (Ω). Definicija:jedan om je otpor provodnika koji pri naponu od jednog volta propušta struju od jednog ampera,formula 1Ω=1v/1A. U cilju dobijanja svetlosti ili toplote transformacijom el.energije služimo se specijalnim legurama raznih metala koji pružaju željeni otpor pri prolasku elektrona i od primljene energije se zagrevaju prelazeći u stanje usijanja kad emituju razne oblike radijacije. Ovu vrstu loših provodnika koristimo u fototerapiji ,takođe ih koristimo za doziranje inteziteta struje koji želimo preneti na pacijenta,u tom slučaju takva žica je namotana oko jednog izolatora od porculana na kojem pomoću klizača uključujemo veći ili manji broj navoja žice u kolo struje smanjujući odnosno povećavajući intenzitet struje u kolu pacijenta,potenciometar.
INTENZITET STRUJE Kroz metalni provodnik u vidu el.kebla zavisno od njegovog promera prolaziće u jedinici vremena određena količina elektrona koja može biti različita.Intenzitetom el.struje naziva se ona količina elektriciteta koja protekne kroz presek provodnika u jedinici vremena J=Q/t.To je ustvari brzina proticanja količine elektriciteta u jednoj sekundi,a količina elektriciteta je ravna proizvodu jačine struje i vremena za koje ona protiče kroz provodnik Q=J·t.Jačinu struje merimo u jedinicama amper ili njegovim hiljaditim

INSTRUMENTI ZA MERENJE STRUJE U elektroterapiji u cilju pravilnog doziranja jačine struje koristimo se instrumentima na principu ampermetra odnosno miliampermetra,na instrumentu instru mentu postoji ispod skale oznaka A ili mA,miliampermetar se postavlja u strujno kolo tako da zavrtnji koji su označeni + i ─,odnosno polovi miliampermetra treba da budu u položaju da d a struja utiče kroz pozitivan,a ističe kroz negativan pol.Galvanometar je još osetljiviji instrument za merenje jačine struje i koristi se za intenzitete koji se kreću oko milionitih delova ampera i označeni su sa G.Za merenje napona služimo se voltmetrom (v),u kolu struje on se vezuje paralelno sa kolom da bi izrazio napon između dve tačke tog pola za razliku od ampermetra koji se vezuje redno ili naizmenično tako da bi kroz njega prolazila ukupna količina struje koja se prenosi na pacijenta.Voltmetar nije neophodan na elektro medicinskim aparatima kao što je slučaj sa miliampermetrom.
ELEKTRIČNO POLJE Svaka količina elektriciteta izaziva el.polje koje se prostire oko provodnika.Jačina ili intenzitet el.polja naziva se i jačinom elektrostatičkog polja ili samo polja.To je količnik sile i količine elektriciteta.Faradej je uveo linije sila koje se poklapaju sa pravcem vektora jačine el.polja.U slučaju jednog tačkastog naelektrisanja linije sila su zrakasto zrakas to raspoređene i kreću se od pozitivno tačkastog naelektrisanja ka negativno tačkastom naelektrisanju.Tako se pozitivni elektricitet može smatrati kao izvor linija sile,a negativan kao ponor.Linije sile ili silnice počinju na pozitivnom elektricitetu,a završavaju se na negativnom.Tamo gde su linije gušće polje je jače i obrnuto.
INDUKCIJA (EL.INFLUENCIJA) Ako se jednom izolovanom provodniku približi drugi isto takav provodnik kroz koji se propusti el.struja onda će se u prvom p rvom pojaviti el.struja suprotnog pravca. Ukoliko se u blizini solenoida stavi drugi solenoid (primarni i sekundarni kalem) i kroz prvi propusti el.struja u drugom kalemu će se s e moći registrovati isto tako tok nastale struje suprotnog smera.Menjanjem broja namotaja kao i promera provodnika u primarnom i sekundarnom kalemu može se menjati odnosno modifikovati naponska razlika u izvoru. Ova se pojava koristi kod izrade transformatora koji čine sastavni deo većine aparata za elektro terapiju.Statički elektricitet koji se dobija trenjem ili iz mašina sa četkicama karakterističan je po visokom naponu i niskom intenzitetu.Nemogućnost regulisanja brzine pražnjenja danas je praktično pr aktično eliminisala ovu vrstu izvora elektriciteta.

Za razliku od prirodne magnetičnosti može se proizvesti i veštački magnet.Prevlačenjem prirodnih magneta preko komada čelika dobija d obija se veštački magnet sa trajnom osobinom magnetizma.Magneti uglavnom veštački koriste se u različite svrhe s´toga se prave u raznim oblicima od kojih su najpoznatiji podkovičasti,magnetna šipka i magnetna igla.
