HYDROTEST PROCEDURE OF HEAT EXCHANGER AT SITE
UAE Arbitration Civil Code Procedure with all Articles of Chapter 3
1. Ge&e'a( Flame straightening is used for correcting deformations hich occur in elded constructions! "hrin#age in the eld itself and the surrounding material due to cooling occurs in all elding! "hrin#age causes deformation and $uc#ling in the surrounding plate% even at some distance from the elds! &eformation can also stem from thermal stresses created $' rolling or thermal cutting! The e(tent of the deformation is largel' dependent on ho elding is e(ecuted! &istortions are especiall' visi$le on painted or lac)uered surfaces! *t is usuall' impossi$le to stretch areas that have shrun# due to elding! +ne solution is to attempt to shrin# the over,e(tended areas% a -o$ for hich flame straightening has proved to $e suita$le! Flame straightening is particularl' convenient since no e)uipment other than a $lopipe is normall' re)uired! The operator hoever% must $e ell aare of ho the or#piece ill react to heating and ho shrin#age forces can $est $e utilised for straightening! *n contrast to mechanical straightening% the results of flame straightening are not evident until the structure has cooled .
%. P')&*)+(e The principle of flame straightening is $ased on using the hottest flame possi$le .refera$l' +('/Acet'lene for rapid heating of a limited portion of plate to a temperature of appro(! 600 degrees Centigrade% at hich point the plasticit' of the steel has $een su$stantiall' increased! "ince the surrounding material remains cold% the heated parts ill $e restrained during the heating and upset so that the e(cessivel' long parts ill shorten during cooling! The plate ma' also $e restrained $' e(ternal means such as clamps or loads!
