You can tap on each of these programs in the order they are listed. Or, from the table of contents, see which program stands out to you. Start from there, and then go one by one. Skip any program that does not resonate with you.

If you feel the need to tap through any program more than once, by all means do so. The message of a program gets strengthened by multiple tapping rounds.

Tapping through these programs will neutralize the base fears and blocks. It will also bring to your attention the specific beliefs or fears that stop you. Once you are done tapping through these base programs, it should become easier to focus on the problemspecific issues.

How to Use Emotional Freedom Technique to Get Unstuck Do you often find yourself wishing how it would be if your life got better? If you earned more money, if you had more time to yourself, more fulfi lling relationships, more fun Then what’s stopping you from getting there? Maybe you learned early on that when things change, even for the better, they often come with side effects that may not be so palatable. Such incidents or conditioning can instill fear of change in our minds. So even if we apparently want to change things for the better, part of us is not really looking forward to the actual change. And it keeps us where we are. How about we try Emotional Freedom Technique to tap on this internal resistance that’s working overtime to keep us stuck?

Tapping Yourself Out of the Success Eludes Me Funk Maybe you are working to lose weight, searching for your soul mate, managing a difficult job, trying to get a book published, practicing to learn a new skill, trying to carve a niche for yourself, or trying to stick to a resolution. When you started out, you were all worked up and raring to go. But there are often moments when our spirits fall and it f eels like we are getting nowhere with all the work we’re putting in. These are dangerous times, since they can influence us to call i t quits, even if success is just round the bend. The same things that got us all excited and frothing at the leash can start to seem like a burden if we don’t meet success somewhere soon-ish along the way. How about we try EFT tapping to see if we can pull ourselves out of such despair?

Even though I’m trying to do my best, but obviously my best is not good enough, even so I’m open to learning newer ways of doing things that will attract success.

Even though I should have tasted more success by now, what if I could use this disappointment to whet my appetite for greater success?

Even though a part of me is not comfortable with the idea of success, I wish I could release this hesitation and forge ahead with confidence and enthusiasm.

EFT Tapping when Sincere Efforts Bring Dismal Results Are you trying hard to lose weight, make a difficult relationship work, striving for a hard to come by promotion at work, making ends meet? Or anything else you’re putting tons of effort in, but ending up with unsatisfactory returns? We often feel the urge to associate ourselves with a goal that shows promise of benefit to us or others. But as days go by, as we put in more and more effort, our expectations rise too. Sometimes those expectations aren’t met at the rate we expect. At such times we start to question the worthiness of the cause and whether we are simply wasting our time. This tug-of-war can prevent us from moving forward or backward. How about we try tapping to see if we can clear the fog surrounding this issue? Focus on any such matter in your life and tap along!

EFT tapping set up Karate chop Even though I’ve been working my butt off on this goal, and not a speck of hope in sight, I wish I knew how I could improve my chances of measurable success.

Even though it sucks that all my efforts are just meeting a dead end, I wish things would take a turn for the better. I wish I knew how to drive my bus to success.

How to Use EFT when Past Failures Hamper Future Success Remember a time when you tried your hand at something, and failed, miserably? Are you letting the shadow of your past failures sabotage your present chances of success, even if unknowingly? Failures, and the feelings of sadness and inadequacy, can linger quietly under the surface for years. It could be failure as a child to succeed in school work, or at sports, or as an adult trying to make their way through the world. How about we try EFT tapping to see if we can erase these dark writings from our walls, so we can then autograph them with shining success? During the tapping, think about one or more failures in your life that you often get reminded of. Repeat tapping with different failure situations to cover as much ground as possible.

EFT tapping set up Karate chop Even though it hurts to even think about my past failures, it is indeed worse to know that my past failures are preventing me from being successful now, and in the future. I wish I could reclaim my power and start all over again.

Even though my past failures haunt me, and prevent me from being the best I can be, I wish I could start over somehow, without the burden of these past failures.

Even though it feels counter intuitive that my future success is not really affected by my past failed efforts, even so I’m opening up to the idea that it might be true after all. That gives me a fresh start and feels liberating!

EFT Script to Clear Worry over How Something will Turn out If we got a penny every time we had a worrisome thought, we’d all be billionaires, or richer. Especially when we’re waiting to see how something will turn out, worry can scoop over our thoughts like it’s no one’s business. Worry is a disease, slowly eating away at our happiness and taking the joy out of our lives. Worrying over interview results, meeting deadlines, someone’s health, financial situation and what not! It seems like the mind needs a reason to worry, to keep us occupied.

How about we try EFT tapping to see if we can empower ourselves enough to resist this deadly temptation with which worry seduces us?
