INTRODUCTION Since time immemorial, controversies raging between genders have always found their way into sexuality. In order for a man to achieve an erection when he is aroused, the blood capillaries must be functioning well, in other words there must be free flow of blood without disruption. During an erection, the walls of these blood vessels relax and in so doing, allow free passage and flow of blood. All this is thanks to messages passed on to nerves in the male reproductive organ from the main command center, the brain. The blood flowing through the capillary network in the penis arrives at a high pressure and consequently leads to an erection. Hence when all is working in order, the brain issues a series of messages which follow the spinal cord and are delivered to the nerve endings in the male reproductive organ. Chemical signals called neurotransmitters are secreted into the blood and these are responsible for the changes that take place. Firstly, the vessels bringing oxygenated blood to the corpora cavernosa receive the order to relax. This relaxation consequently enables the free flow of blood into the penis. The blood entering the penis leads to the enlargement and stiffening of the organ, leading to an erection. As you can see, it doesn’t take much for one to get an erection. So where does the problem lie when a man cannot have an erection? Problems begin to arise when the blood vessels are blocked or damaged somehow. Another common thing that leads to ED is when nerve endings in the penis are not functioning properly. The tissues in your organ may also be a contributing factor in ED. On top of that, the lack of a proper diet more often than not is a contributing factor to ED. However, there is nothing to fear, because ED in the majority of cases can be resolved. Major Erectile Dysfunction Causes In order for a man to have an erection, the following sequence of events must take place: The man must be aroused sexually. This automatically triggers the body to respond according to the stimulus. Messages are relayed back and forth in the body, eventually leading to increased blood flow towards the genitals. The blood vessels in the groin ar ea begin to relax, thus allowing blood to flow freely into the erectile tissue around the male reproductive organ. The veins in this erectile er ectile area are tasked to maintain the pressure of the blood in the penis, causing the th e male organ to enlarge. Take the corn-starch consistency that was in reserve and add it into the cooking sauce, stirring continuously until the sauce begins to thicken. Once thickened, turn the heat off and add lemon juice and butter, and season with salt and pepper. Take another skillet and place some oil and allow it to heat up. Preheat grill to medium-high. In a small bowl, put the mustard, half the shallot, a quarter of the thyme and mayonnaise and combine well. Place this bowl aside when finished. Preheat oven to 425°F. Take the leeks and cut off the dark green part. Having done so, slice the leeks in half and wash them well. Whilst the leeks are baking, take the chicken and season it well with the pepper and salt. Prepare to fry the chicken, by heating oil in a large pan. Add the chicken and fry until it is golden brown and cooked on the inside. After the leeks have baked, take them from the oven and arrange the chicken between the leeks. Take the cream and combine it with ¼ teaspoon of salt and add it to the hot pan (with the heat turned off). Stir up the chicken stock with the cream and allow the cream to mix with the stock, then take this mixture of cream and chicken stock and pour into over the chicken and leeks. Place the casserole back into the oven and bake for fifteen minutes until a toothpick stuck into the middle of the dish comes out clean.

Prepare the rice as usual, boil the water then add the rice and cook until done. Remove the rice from the stove and uncover the pot and allow to cool. Take a large pan and heat the olive oil. While the oil is heating take the zucchinis and prepare them by squeezing out excess water. Once the oil is hot, fry the garlic and ginger together for thirty seconds, then add the celery, onion and zucchini and sauté until all the vegetables have gone soft. Take some s ome curry and add some to the vegetables and stir. Add salt and Worcestershire sauce and let the mixture be smoothly combined. Remove this mixture from the pan and place into another bowl and leave to cool down. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray cooking spray over a rimmed baking sheet. You want the rice grains to be as small as possible, so transfer the cooked rice to a cutting board and as carefully as you can, cut the grains of rice into tiny pieces (requires a bit of patience) with a big knife. Prepare a 7 x 11 inch baking tray by spraying it with cooking spray before you begin making this meal and set it aside. Take a skillet and add 2 teaspoons of oil and allow it to heat up. This time you are going to fry the mushrooms until they are soft. Once they are done move them to the bowl with the onions. The form in which which dietary supplements come is varied and broad. Dietary supplements may come as powders, capsules, soft-gels, tablets, liquids or gel-caps. Dietary supplements serve two major roles, and those are: 1. To make sure that you meet your daily dietary requirements 2.
