ABSTRACT In this project, our main emphasis was to map out business processes of DTD! "e ha# $isite# DTD faci%it& at a%pha ' Greater Noi#a as we%% as hub at Noi#a! The route map of the project was to $isit the site, interaction with the mana(er an# obser$ation of their #a& to #a& acti$ities so that we cou%# fi(ure out an& wastefu% acti$ities an# come up with an& i#ea or process to remo$e or re#uce such acti$ities! In the e)ecution, first we ha# meetin( at co%%ection an# #istribution a(enc& in Greater Noi#a, after which we approache# the Noi#a hub mana(er!
