Its a silly question to ask and I see no relevance of this anywhere in my life, you should try asking a more specific question which would help us to make this conversation more informative rather than beating around the bush and going round and round in circles. But if you would still like me to comment on it I would say I would go to a doctor or a psychiatrist depending on what kind of weakness I have and if have 'strength' I would use it rather than counting and making a list of it.
