Bernhardt The Bernhardt is an end gable version of the Epu design. The stainless steel desk, fireplace, countertop, sink and burners remain as does the wet bath, refrigerator and loft. This house has ample storage space. Unlike my other Tiny Houses, it does not come on integral wheels. This house needs to be jacked up onto a trailer for transport.

We do not build this house, however you may purchase the plans ($695) to build it.

Bodega The Bodega, and all the small houses that follow it, make great auxiliary dwellings. There is a full bath and a kitchen, and even a washer/dryer unit below the counter. I don't count the loft as square footage because with so much sloped ceiling, it doesn't officially count as a habitable room. That said, with seven feet of ceiling height over more than 70 square feet, this heated loft provides plenty of usable space. If you'd like more, you can opt for the downstairs bedroom addition pictured below.

Loring The Loring is the bungalow version of the Bodega that was just described. All of the amenities remain the same except I've added a small bump out in the loft. Once again, the loft is not counted as square footage, even though there is plenty of usable space up there. If you were to count the loft in the total square feet, this building would measure just over 500 square feet without the add-on bedroom, and just over 600 square feet with the add-on bedroom. If you'd like more, you can opt for the downstairs bedroom addition pictured below.

New Vessica In this design, the Bodega described earlier has been turned sideways and lengthened by about 2 feet for the sake of maintaining good proportions. All of the amenities remain. The New Vessica is 278 square feet. If the loft were included it would measure in at just over 450 square feet. Harbinger The Harbinger is the Dutch hip version of the Bodega previously described. In this case, a bump out in front provides enough room to create what is essentially an additional bedroom or sitting room downstairs. If one were to count the loft as square footage, this house actually would measure almost 600 square feet, or 700 square feet with the additional bedroom. Whidbey The Whidbey's main floor is similar to both the Enesti and the Bodega except that it uses the bump-out in front to house a downstairs bedroom. A second optional downstairs bedroom is depicted below. A full main floor bathroom including a sink over the toilet, as is common in Japan, is another distinction.
