Terms of References (TOR) A. Pendahuluan
Bedah Konstitusi ESA merupakan merupakan
forum yang diselenggarakan oleh oleh Badan Perwakilan
Mahasiswa Hima Bahasa Inggris FPBS UPI (BPM ESA) yang berisikan pembedahan konstitusi ESA yang terdiri dari Anggaran Dasar (AD), Anggaran Rumah Tangga (ART), Garis Besar Program Kerja (GBPK) dan Mekanisme Kerja Organisasi (MKO). Bedah Konstitusi ESA 2015 bertujuan agar peserta dapat memahami esensi dari setiap poin penting dalam konstitusi serta dapat menjadi kader ESA yang paham konstitusi. Lebih merinci, para peserta

amandemen
beserta
konsiderasi
yang
patut

Menceritakan sejarah terbentuknya Konstitusi ESA (3 Menit)
Menumbuhkan rasa bangga akan konstitusi ESA (3 menit)
Memberi gambaran konsiderasi/tujuan poin-poin penting dalam konstitusi AD, ART, GBPK, MKO (tidak seluruh poin dibahas) (25 menit)
Memaparkan konsiderasi apa saja yang perlu diperhatikan untuk melakukan amandemen (10 menit)
E. Peserta
Kegiatan ini bersifat terbuka untuk seluruh angkatan, namun dikhususkan kepada peserta utama yakni mahasiswa S1 Departemen Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris FPBS UPI angkatan 2011 s.d. 2015.
