The TEMS Cel-file should have a valid file header Each TEMS Cel-file can contain combination of WCDMA and GSM Cell Any cell data found to have same CellId in the project database and importing TEMS Cell file will be removed prior to import. User has an option to remove all Site configuration data prior to import. This includes both GSM and WCDMA data. If user chooses to import carrier and neighbor data also, selecting this option will also remove alll carrier and neighbor data from the project database prior to import.
