Summary
The study focuses on the current problem of the registration process and the enrollment system of Pasig Catholic College. The said college needs the help of a new database for faster transactions. Several agencies such as government and other educational institutions use database with the same kind to have efficient time. Not only it is less time consuming but it also helps lessen the expenses. Long lines crowded places and students going back and forth ! these prob proble lems ms are are the the root root ca caus uses es that that drov drove e the the rese resear arch cher ers s to desi design gn an automated enrollment system. "ith the help of the set re#uirements of PCC enro enrollm llmen entt syst system em the the rese resear arch cher ers s prop propos ose e to crea create te a data databa base se that that innovates the registration and verification process of student in the registrar department.
$n this study the researchers focused to create an online system so that the students would not wait for a long time %ust to register and temporarily enroll themselves and also to help the said institution to attend to more students& needs. This proposed database would be new to the students but would be encouraged to register on the time allotted to them.

)n the other hand the students should be able to cope up easily to the new system and the system developer of the school should be responsible enough to manage and develop the site. "ith the help of the use of interviews researches surveys and even observations that help this study to be possible. The graphical representation of study in presenting the system proposed will also help to visuali*e the proposed system. 'bove all researchers would be a beneficiary of this study since they analy*e a manual enrollment system and convert it into an automated one.

programming
in
personnel and administration of PCC community since they are the main beneficiary of the design proposal. They must know basic debugging and coding for any clarification of the design system. ,or a better service regarding the system it is advised to update the system monthly to have a well enhanced system. "e also recommend protecting the database to have an internet security so that the system would not be easily turned down or will be intrude by third party. 's this study would be helpful not only to the students we advise a direct connection with the dean-s office as regards to the student-s profile and number of students per college and secure this linking with high confidentiality.
