SHIVA’S - Process of Justification J ustification (Karma removal) There are eight steps in the process of Justification, under each step there is a process that needs to be conducted prior to moving onto the next step. 1. LOVE: Send Unconditional Love to the individuals that you have hurt previously Healing procedure to be conducted: See healing procedure number 1 below 2. LIGHT: Send White Karmic Light of Forgiveness to the individuals that you have hurt previously Healing procedure to be conducted: See healing procedure number 2 below 3. MESSAGE: Type, write or think of a remorseful message, however y ou want, as long as it is from the Heart Meditation procedure to be conducted: See meditation procedure number 3 below 4. HEAL: Send healing energy to the t he individuals that you have hurt previously Healing procedure to be conducted: See healing procedure number 4 below 5. YOURSELF: Heal yourself from the pain, suffering, remorse and burdens you have placed upon yourself as a result of this process. Healing procedure to be conducted: See healing procedure number 5 below 6. LOVE: Learn to love everyone and everything for who they are not what they are or do, from your Heart of Unconditional Love for they are here to experience existence in their own unique way Meditation procedure to be conducted: See healing procedure number 6 below 7. DILIGENCE: “Attentive care, heedfulness”, ensure you do not go down the same path as before, be aware of your actions and the effects it could have on the recipient Meditation procedure to be conducted: See healing procedure number 7 below 8. KINDNESS: Continue kindness to ALL and everyone y ou meet without discrimination and being purgatory (having the quality of cleansing or purifying) yourself. Healing / Meditation M editation Procedures NOTES 1. The Justification process is to be c onducted in a quiet sacred place f ree from the outside world and any distractions. 2. The person conducting the process of Justification can listen to any suitable music that will assist them during the meditation and healing process (ie. chanting, reiki music, angelic music, instrumental).
Healing process Number 1: a. Write the recipient’s name on a small piece of paper in front of you. b. Pick up the paper in your right hand and place in on your Hear t Chakra. c. Ensure the person’s name is facing your heart and then hold it in place with your right palm covering the paper and your heart. d. Place your left hand / palm ove r your right hand / palm so that everything is aligned centrally over your Heart Chakra. e. Now think about opening your Heart Chakra and the Unconditional Love within it. f. Now consciously send this Unconditional Love to the recipient. a. The vibrational frequency of the person’s name w ritten on the paper allows the transferring tr ansferring of the energy (U nconditional Love) to occur. g. Concentrate on sending Unconditional Love to the recipient for 20 minutes. h. Conduct this process eight times in total, before moving onto the next. Healing process Number 2: a. On a piece of paper write or through your thoughts imagine a White Karmic Light of Forgiveness. b. Imagine / Place paper in i n your right hand and place in on your Solar Plexus Chakra. c. Ensure the writing is facing your Solar Plexus and then hold it in place with your right palm covering the paper and your Solar Plexus. d. Place your left hand / palm ove r your right hand / palm so that everything is aligned centrally over your Solar Plexus Chakra. e. Now think about opening your Solar Plexus Chakra and your deepest greatest purest intensions i ntensions of White Karmic Light of Forgivenes s. f. Now consciously send this White Karmic Light of For giveness to the recipient (person’s name w ho pops into your head). a. The vibrational frequency of the written words (White Karmic Light of Forgiveness) allows the transferring of the energy to occur. g. Concentrate on sending White Karmic Light of Forgiveness to the recipient for 20 minutes. h. Conduct this process eight times in total, before moving onto the next. Meditation process Number 3: a. Ensure the meditation is conducted truthfully, honestly and openly within yourself from your Heart. b. Using your finger draw a VOID symbol on your forehead to tap into your deeper level consciousness.

In your place of solitude begin to think about all the events or situations that you have been a part of that needs forgiving. d. Ponder and embrace these thoughts reflecting on each and every one that comes to mind from and into your heart. e. Think about the effects (mental, physical and spiritual) your actions have cau sed. f. Now take ownership and accept all that has occurred as part of a bigger learning experience for you and that you have the power to make right these wrongs. wr ongs. g. Conduct this meditation procedure seven times in total for 25 minutes, before moving onto the next.

Imagine / Place paper in i n your right hand and place it on your Heart Chakra. c. Ensure the person’s name is facing y our heart and then hold it i n place with your right palm covering the paper and your heart. d. Place your left hand / palm over your right hand / palm so that everything is aligned centrally over your Heart Chakra. e. Now think about opening your Heart Chakra and t he Unconditional Love within it. f. Now consciously send Healing energy to the recipient as a. The vibrational frequency of the person’s name w ritten on the paper allows the transferring tr ansferring of the energy (Healing energy) to occur. g. Concentrate on sending Healing energy to the recipient for 20 minutes. h. Conduct this process eight times in total, before moving onto the next. Healing procedure Number 5 a.
In your place of solitude imagine or draw THE VOID symbol (as per above) over your Heart Chakra three times (it opens up your Heart Chakra to Unconditional Self Love). b. Consciously place all unwanted pass life experiences into THE VOID, THE VOID of learning and experiences. c. Now transmute these thoughts into Love Light energy and send it out f rom your Heart Chakra into the Universe to be recycled. d. Starting at your Crown Chakra and working all the way down to y our Root Chakra concentrate on consciously clearing and cleansing out each Chakra one by one (this will assist your spiritual energic field). e. You have now begun to selfheal yourself and living in t he Now. f. This process is conducted eight times for 20 minutes, complete this proce ss prior to moving into the next step. Meditation procedure Number 6 a.
In your place of solitude and living in the NOW moment seat quietly and go deep within yourself by quieting your mind, quieting your body and quieting your spirit. b. Concentrate on breathing in deeply and slowly, in through your nose and out through your mouth. c. Sit in this place of stillness and think about y ou and your experiences and then translate these to how other people might be experiencing existence. d. Understand that each and every person in this physical reality is experiencing their own existence however they chose to experience it. e. Understand that It is not our responsibility to judge or comment on people’s choices of existence however we can offer our loving support and guidance to those who are misguided in order for them to find their true self. f. This process is conducted seven times for 25 minutes, once completed please progress to the next procedure.
Meditation procedure Number 7 a. In your place of solitude sit quietly and think about how far you have now come. b. Think about how you feel mentally, physically and spiritually compared to how you felt when you first started this journey of Justification. c. Think about all the good things in your life, living in the NOW and not the past. d. Think about what you have achieved in such a short time and how much you can now do with your life in a positive way. e. Take responsibility for your future actions knowing that they will be positive ones only. f. As unwanted thoughts come and go as they still will for a while simple push them away and say to yourself “I no longer chose or want to live that way, I am a strong spiritual being of love light consciousness and I don’t need or want these thoughts, I send these unwante d thoughts to the Divine to be recycled, I chose and embrace LOVE and all that it has to offer me”. g. This process is conducted seven times for 2 5 minutes, once completed move onto the final step. Meditation procedure Number 8 a.
In your place of solitude sit quietly and think about how you can start to make positive changes in your life to better r eflect who you are as a beautiful, wonderful and loving spiritual being experiencing a free will physical existence. b. Know that by expressing your love and kindness to others that you are not only assisting yourself on your own spiritual enlightenment path but are also assisting (or awakening) the other person on theirs, we are ONE w e are a collectively race of spiritual beings assisting one another towards the love and light of the universe. c. Once you embrace the Justification J ustification process mentally, physically and spiritually you will then be free of past burdens and free to move on. Live in and from your Heart always my friends. d. This process is conducted seven times for 2 5 minutes, you are now Justified in the eyes of Shiva.
