How to Play: To play with your Mystery Catcher, remember these 5 questions:

1. What member of The Gang are you most like? 2. What type of vehicle will you drive? 3. What type of villain are you most like? 4. What would you say if you found a clue? 5. What type of dog will you own in the future? Have a friend pick a character (Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Fred, or Velma) from the top of the Mystery Catcher. Then, ask them one of the ve questions above. To unravel the answer, spell the character’s name, shifting your ngers within the mystery catcher once for each letter. Stop on the last letter with the Mystery Catcher open and have your friend choose a number. Count out the number shifting your ngers again. Once you’ve counted to the number, have your friend choose a new number and lift up the ap - there’s your answer! You can repeat until you’ve answered all ve questions or make up questions of your own! Pass the Mystery Catcher to your friend and the fun begins again!

Tape, safety scissors, blindfold, and crayons. Don’t forget to ask a grown-up for help!

Position the following 4 pages so they create a completed poster of Scooby-Doo and The Gang. Cut and tape the back of the pages together.

Mystery: Someone has stolen Scooby-Doo’s tag! Can you help him retrieve it?

Color it using your favorite colors. Then, tape it to the wall (be sure to ask an adult rst!). Using scissors, carefully cut out each ScoobyDoo tag. Stick a small loop of tape to the back of each one. Holding a tag, put the blindfold on. Don’t have one? Just close your eyes! Now, spin ve times in a circle. Stuff You’ll Need: Apples, Slivered almonds*. Don’t forget to ask a grown-up for help!

Here’s How: With a grown-up’s help, core an apple and cut it into quarters. Carefully remove a wedge from the skin side. For the fangs, press the slivered almonds into place. Then, kiss ‘em goodbye!

Cooking Clue: If you want to wait before serving them, sprinkle the apples with orange juice. It’ll keep them from turning brown!

Serving Size: 1 whole apple (4 Bites)

* This recipe contains nuts. Be sure to ask a grown-up about any allergies you might have beforehand.

Fierce Phantom Potato Stuff You’ll Need: A baked potato, green food coloring, 2 tbsps butter, 2 tbsps grated cheese, a carrot, a red pepper, scallions, one cooked sausage. Don’t forget to ask a grown-up for help!

Here’s How: Cut the top off a cooled, baked potato, scoop out the inside and mix well with green food coloring, butter and cheese. Then, spoon the mixture back into the empty skin. Next, make a face using the sausage, carrot, red pepper, and scallion tops.

Banana Bread Treasure Chests

Stuff You’ll Need: ¾ cup brown sugar, 2 ¼ cups our, 3 ripe bananas, 2 eggs, banana chips, 6 tbsps apple sauce, brownie pan, mixing bowl, fork, toothpicks, a large spoon. Don’t forget to ask a grown-up for help!

Serving Size: 1 rectangle piece

Cooking Clue: Grease and our the brownie pan and preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Here’s How: Mash the bananas in the bowl! Add the sugar, eggs, and apple sauce, then stir. Next, add our, mixing it gently together. Pour the batter into the brownie pan. Ask a grown-up to put it in the oven for about a hour, then to test with a toothpick to see if it is cooked in the middle. When it’s ready, leave it to cool completely, then ask a grown-up to cut the cake into rectangles and slice the top off each piece. Put banana chips inside as gold coins, and put the tops back on.

Ghostly Green Drink
