Wet Granulation System Mixing Granulator – MG series Niin MG Series are the first choice when the process needs high granulate density and rapid granulation. With the latest design, Niin MG Series has relative low space requirements, are simple to operate, and with Automatically Impeller Lifting Device without removing the impeller, cleaning is more easily.
Wet granulation process In wet granulation, powder is charged into the MG chamber and the impeller is continually mixing. After the binder (paste or liquid) added, it created denser granulates compare to fluid bed granulation process. The chopper in the cahmber also used for cutting big lump into granulates. Usually, Wet granules will go through wet milling device attached in the machine for even drying.
