Exchanging of Servo / Spindel module Copying of Software to the Module Should an axis or spindle module need to be exchanged, care must be taken to load the valid software into the module.
Procedure - Mainswitch off - Remove defective module - Install new module - Turn coding switches on new Servo or Spindle module by 180° - Pull out left and right Flashrom - Plug Master Flashrom in left position - Control on - A menu is displayed on the monitor - Adjust servo or spindle module as per instructions - Control off - Plug both System Flashroms in again - Turn coding switches on new Servo or Spindle module by 180° back to normal position - Control on Coding of indvidual modules X-Axis 0 Y-Axis 1 Z-Axis 2 U-Axis 3 A-Axis 4 B-Axis 5 Power supply

Procedure for changing the CPU QX141-1 und I/O QX 524 newly formating the memory Note: All machine parameters,NC programmes and Deckel macros will be lost while exchanging the CPU. 1.
Store machinen parameters of the old CPU via the serial I/0. !! (Note the interface configuration as these will be lost after formating the memory). Store all NC programmes and Deckel macros (Prg.9001 ...) via the serial I/0.
