COMPROMISE AGRREMENT

We, the undersigned unto this Honorable Court respectfully manifest: 1. That the undersigned employer agrees to pay the sum of Nine Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Two (P 9,332.00) Pesos representing payment 13 th month & Payment for SILP.

2. That on the other hand the undersigned complainant having received the above stated amount hereby release and discharge the employer/respondent from such claims that maybe due the employee’s in connection with his/her employment thereat.

3. That this AGREEMENT has been voluntarily agreed upon by both the undersigned parties with the assistance of this office. 4. That this Compromise Agreement shall be final and binding between the parties and pursuant to Article 227 of the Labor Code, as amended , the National Labor Relations Commission or any Court shall not assume jurisdiction over the issues involved herein except in case of non-compliance hereof and that there is prima facie evidence that the settlement was obtained through fraud, misrepresentation or coercion. This agreement has been caused to be prepared by the complainant and the respondent with the assistance of this Office. The same is prepared in English language and verbally translated in the Bicol dialect which is read and understood by the Parties. Legazpi City, August 28, 2013.
