Terms & Conditions 1. The arrival and and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentativ e timings. B uses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams jams etc ., However the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket. 2. Passengers are reques ted to arrive at the boarding point point at least 15 min. before the scheduled time of departure. 3. Passengers ar e required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus. Failing to do so, they may not be allow ed to board the bus. 1. A copy of the ticket . (A print out of the ticket or the print out out of the ticket e-mail.) 2. Identity proof. proof. (Driving license, student ID card, company ID card, passport, PAN card or voter ID c ard). 4. The company is not responsible for any any loss of goods or property property of the passengers and accident. 5. The company shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reas ons beyond the control of the company. 6. The trips are subject to cancellati on or postponement due to breakdown of the vehicle or insufficient insufficient pass engers for the trip. U nder such circumst ance passengers will be intimated through email/phone as soon as possible and the ticket amount will be refunded. No passenger will be taken on the wayside. Baggage and Luggage will be booked booked at owner's risk s ubjected ubjected to the acceptance by Neeta Travels Partner. 7. The tickets booked through Neeta Travels are cancelled. The refunded money is transferred back to the passe passe nger's credit /Debit card/ITZ Card. 8. Video and Air conditioning in the buses is not guaranteed. 9. CANCELLATION CHARGES CHARGES In case of non supply of vehicle - Full Am ount will be r efunded efunded Before 12hrs : 25% Amount Refund. Before 24hrs : 50% Amount Refund. Before 48hrs : 75% Amount Refund. Before 72hrs : 90% Amount Refund. Note: Only bonafide passengers holding valid Neeta Travels tickets booked at Neeta Travels counters or its agents are allowed to cancel tickets and collect refund at their respective counters only. It is mandatory to show original photo identity identity card at t he time of cancellation. Cancellati on of tickets purchased through Web should be done through Web only
