Accomplishment Report on Supreme Student Government Election 2018 – 2019 2019
Supreme Student Government election for the incoming school year 2018 – 2019 2019 was successfully conducted last February 23, 2018, Friday. The said election wouldn’t have been possible without the preparation of all the SSG Officers batch 2017 – 2017 – 2018 2018 together with the support of their advisers through several meetings to accomplish the necess ary proceedings on the flow of electing new set of officers.

Their preparation started by giving COC (Certificate of Candidacy) for those students in Grade 11 who are interested to t o run for a position in Supreme Student Government election. Students were also informed with the qualifications that they must have such as no General Average lower than 85 and no record of violation in Guidance Office for the m to be a candidate

for the election. As the students file their candidacy for their chosen position, they undergo a screening that they needed to pass in i n which SSG Officers asked certain questions related to the position they were running for.

SSG officers announced the students who passed the screening and have the final list of candidates for the election. The campaign period lasted for three consecutive days wherein the candidates introduced their selves and explained the platforms they have that will help the school. After the campaign period, class officers of each class where gathered in one room to attend the Meeting de Avance in which this is where the candidates’ final approach will happen

The election for the new set of officers started with a prayer led by Stephanie Magdamit (SSG GAS Representative) and a short reminders from Hans Jave delos Reyes Re yes (SSG President) to vote wisely. As the counting of votes for each candidates were finished, the SSG president announced the new set of officers for the year 2018 – 2018 – 2019 2019 and they were asked to go in front

to give their word of gratitude. The new set of officers stayed in the room and took a picture together with their advisers as well as the former SSG officers.
