3 Treselections
If the signal quality (CPICH Ec/No measured by the UE) of a neighboring cell is better than that of the serving cell during the specified time of this parameter, the UE reselects the neighboring cell. It is used to avoid pingpong reselection between different cells.
4 Qqualmin
The minimum required quality threshold corresponding to CPICH Ec/No. The UE can camp on the cell only when the measured CPICH Ec/No is greater than the value of this parameter.
5 UlGBR
This parameter specifies the uplink guaranteed bit rate (GBR) of the BE service. GBR is the minimum bit rate that the system can guarantee for the service after it accesses in.
6 DlGBR
This parameter specifies the downlink guaranteed bit rate (GBR) of the BE service. GBR is the minimum bit rate that the system can guarantee for the service after it accesses in.
