Legendary Actions The hobgoblin general can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. The hobgoblin general regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn. Attack. The hobgoblin general makes one melee weapon attack. Bolster. All goblinoids within 30 feet of, and including, the hobgoblin general are bolstered until the end of its next turn.
