Este menú se utiliza para agregar un usuario.

• Inscribir Adm: En el dispositivo, se puede congurar el usuario especial que tiene derecho de administración para cambiar la conguración
del dispositivo.
Al agregar o modicar un usuario usted tendrá diferentes opciones: 1. Dedo: Agregará a un usuario identicándolo por su huella digital. 2. Contraseña: Podrá identicar al usuario mediante una contraseña.
3. Tarjeta: El usuario accederá mediante una tarjeta.
Cuando registre un nuevo usuario usando su huella digital se le pedirá que coloque tres veces para conrmar una lectura correcta.
2. Borrar
Podrá eliminar un usuario del sistema. Introduzca el número del usuario que quiere eliminar.
3. Poner hora
Sirve para editar la fecha y la hora del checador.

4. Ver registro
La información de registro sirve para comprobar el registro de transacción y de supervisor de las acciones en el dispositivo. • Ver GLog: Son los eventos de registro de un usuario. • Ver SLog: Es el registro de los cambios en el menú hechos por el supervisor o un usuario normal.
5. Tarjeta SD
• Glog Abajo: Sirve para descargar el registro de eventos. • Slog Abajo: Sirve para descargar el registro de cambios. • Inf.Us. Abajo: Funciona para descargar la información de los usuarios. • Inf.Us. OK: Cargar información de usuario. • F/W Upgrade: Actualizar rmware.
6. Confguración 1. Terminal: Podrá cambiar la conguración del checador. • ID reloj: Podrá modicar el número de identicación del aparato. • Lenguaje: Podrá cambiar el lenguaje del equipo. • Administrad: Sirve para ajustar el número de administradores del
equipo. • Contraste LCD: Podrá ajustar la intensidad de contraste de la pantalla. • Volumen: Sirve para ajustar el nivel de volumen del equipo. • Voz apagad: Podrá activar o desactivar la voz de asistencia.
• Direccion IP: Sirve para modicar y visualizar la dirección IP del
checador. • Mascara Subr: Ingrese la máscara de subred. • Gateway: Aquí podrá ingresar la puerta de entrada predeterminada para el dispositivo. • #Puerto: Número de puerto por el cual el dispositivo accesará a la red. 8
• DHCP: Utilice esta opción para activar / desactivar el protocolo
DHCP. • Contraseña: Contraseña de la red. • Encendido: Deshabilita la tecla de encendido/apagado. • Dormido: Este elemento de menú establece un intervalo de espera. Para el intervalo de inactividad, nos referimos a que no hay interacción con el usuario. Si el dispositivo está en estado de reposo, la luz de fondo de la pantalla LCD, el LED y sensor de la luz de fondo del teclado se apagarán. El dispositivo volverá a su estado normal cuando ocurra lo siguiente: 1. Se presiona cualquier tecla. 2. Se abre la puerta. • Aut. apaga: Este elemento de menú establece un intervalo de
inactividad para el apagado automático del dispositivo. • Touch. • Ajuste sensor: El sensor se ajustará automáticamente.
2. Asistencia: Aquí podrá ajustar la conguración de la asistencia que le proporciona el equipo. • Asist. set: Activar o desactivar la asistencia. • Asistencia: En este menú podrá asignar un horario de inicio y nalización en la que desea se realice la asistencia. Usted podrá
asignar hasta 10 estados de asistencia. • Tiempo alarma: Ajuste la hora para activar la alarma.
• Reveric: Sirve para establecer un intervalo de tiempo durante la identicación de un usuario. • Glog Wrn: Aquí podrá establecer el número total de registros que
desea almacenar en el aparato. • Slog Wrn: Aquí podrá establecer el número total de registros de entrada que desea almacenar en el aparato. • Elim log: Eliminará todos los registros almacenados en el equipo.

3. Informaciones: Es para comprobar la conguración del dispositivo. La información que se muestra es: Usuario, Administr, Dedo, Contraseña, Tarjeta, Glog, Slog, Comunicación, Fabricante, Vers. Software) 4. Comproba. auto: Aquí podrá realizar diferentes pruebas a los componentes del equipo para vericar que funcionen correctamente.
5. Estable. Prede.: Reiniciará el equipo a su estado inicial.
El software de este producto puede ser actualizado sin previo aviso. Para información sobre la instalación de la última versión consulte el manual en línea en: www.steren.com
Inserte el disco incluido e inicie el programa setup.exe. Siga las instrucciones
que se muestran en pantalla.
Una vez instalado, busque e inicie el programa “Attendance Management System”. Se le pedirá un nombre de usuario y una contraseña. Por defecto el nombre de usuario es “system” y la contraseña se queda en blanco.
4.1 Confguración. 4.1.1 Instalación rápida La primera vez que inicia el programa se mostrará el icono de instalación rápida. Si presiona esta opción, se abrirá una ventana donde podrá ingresar los datos generales de 10
conguración.
En la parte superior deberá ingresar el nombre de la compañía, el número del primer empleado (se recomienda que sea mayor a 10 para reservar los primeros para administradores), el nombre y tipo de dispositivo (en este caso es la primera opción “Impresión de huella Black White Machine”) y el tipo de conexión. Si va a accesar al dispositivo vía red, pregunte al administrador de ésta para saber
la dirección IP asignada.
En caso de conectarlo vía puerto COM, seleccione el número de puerto y la velocidad de transferencia.
En la parte inferior podrá dar de alta los datos del turno que se va a trabajar. Seleccione la hora de entrada y salida, el patrón del turno, si éste es de lunes a sábado o de lunes a viernes, y si se
descansan los domingos y sábados.
Para terminar la conguración rápida, presione “Guardar” para conservar los
cambios o “Cancelar” para salir sin guardar.

4.1.2 Asistente Para iniciar con la conguración del software presione el ícono
de “Asistente”. La pantalla que se abre tiene un listado de los pasos a seguir para que pueda comenzar a utilizar su checador. La echa azul intermitente le indica el paso siguiente. Paso I • Departamento
Comience asignando un departamento presionando en el ícono correspondiente. Se abrirá la ventana de “Administración de departamento”. Presione “Agregar” e introduzca los datos que se requieren. Una vez que termine, presione “Cerrar” para guardar los datos. Utilice el botón “Eliminar” para borrar todos los datos de un departamento. Se le pedirá que conrme la acción
Si desea cambiar los datos de un departamento, selecciónelo y presione “Modifcar”. Presione “Cerrar” para guardar los datos y salir de la ventana “Administración de departamento”

• Personal
La siguiente opción en la ventana del asistente es “Personal” la cual le permitirá agregar trabajadores al personal del departamento que creó en el apartado anterior. Presione el ícono correspondiente para abrir la ventana de “Nueva información del personal”. En esta ventana podrá agregar los datos de los usuarios nuevos. Empiece por seleccionar el departamento al que pertenece la persona que está agregando. En el campo “Encontrar” podrá ingresar el nombre o parte de éste para buscar a una persona. Seleccione las cajas de selección si quiere que se muestre el sub departamento o el personal que ha renunciado. Presione “Agregar” Para introducir los datos de personal recién ingresado.
En la parte derecha encontrará tres pestañas donde podrá ingresar la información de la persona que va a agregar. En la primera se le pedirá la información básica como “Nombre”, “Apellido”, “Género”, etc.

Asegúrese de que el ID de usuario corresponda con el que está registrado en el checador. También podrá seleccionar una fotografía ( ) para anexarla a la información.
En la segunda pestaña podrá agregar información adicional de la persona, como su puesto o nivel de estudios, además de dirección y teléfono personal.
Por último, en la pestaña “Nota” podrá agregar anotaciones especiales, seguidas de la indicación de los métodos dados
de alta para que la persona registre la entrada y salida. Presione “Guardar” ( ) para registrar los datos de una persona o “Cancelar” para iniciar de nuevo la entrada de datos. De la misma manera que en la ventana de departamento, presione “Eliminar” para borrar a una persona del sistema y “Modicar” para cambiar los datos.
Cuando haya terminado de agregar al personal, presione “Cerrar” ( ) para regresar a la ventana del asistente. • Dispositivo
Aquí podrá agregar el dispositivo que va a usar para registrar las entradas y salidas de personal. Introduzca un nombre para reconocer el dispositivo. Seleccione el modelo del checador (en este caso es NU2088). La opción de dirección NO la modique.

En la sección COM deberá introducir el puerto de comunicación y la velocidad de transferencia. En la opción “Puerto COM” puede seleccionar el puerto USB.
En la sección “Ethernet” deberá ingresar los datos de la red local en caso de que quiera conectar el checador a la red. Consulte con el administrador de la red los datos necesarios. Presione “Guardar” para almacenar los datos del dispositivo. Puede modicar o eliminar los datos de un dispositivo
usando los botones correspondientes. Presione “Actualizar”
si las modicaciones recién hechas no se muestran en la
pantalla.
Presione “Cerrar” para regresar al asistente.
Paso II • Día festivo
En esta opción podrá asignar los días en que se descansará y no habrá registros de entrada y salida. Presione “Agregar día festivo” para comenzar a introducir los datos de los días de descanso. 15
Se le preguntará un número de asignación, el año para el cual se agrega y el nombre del día festivo. Presione “ok” para guardar.
Una vez guardado un día festivo, aparecerá en la columna de la parte izquierda de la ventana. Selecciónelo y haga clic en “Agregar detalles” para indicar la fecha de inicio y la de término de cada descanso. También puede eliminar o modicar los detalles existentes para cada día festivo. o “Modicar día festivo” Presione “Eliminar día festivo” para eliminar o cambiar un día de descanso.
Si hace clic en el botón de “Instalación rápida” , podrá agregar días de descanso que se repiten durante todo el año, como nes de semana. Si selecciona “Todo Domingo” o “Todo
Sábado”, se seleccionarán todos los domingos o sábados del año. Al seleccionar “Personalizado” podrá seleccionar el día de la semana que se repetirá en el año (los nombres de los
días se encuentran en inglés) además de seleccionar si
estos se alternarán (la primera o la segunda semana). Presione “OK” para guardar.
Una vez que haya terminado de agregar todos los días festivos, presione “Cerrar” para regresar al asistente. 16
• Asignación de día festivo
La ventana que se abrirá al presionar esta opción está dividida en tres columnas. En la primera se puede seleccionar tanto el departamento como la persona a la que se le va a asignar el día festivo. Además, si presiona “Incluir renuncia” se mostrarán las personas que han dejado de trabajar en la empresa. Presione “Encontrar” para buscar una persona por su número o nombre. Seleccione a una persona en la columna del centro y un día festivo en la columna de la derecha. Presione “Agregar” para asignar el día a la persona seleccionada. Si desea quitar un día de descanso para una persona, selecciónelo en la columna del centro y presione “Eliminar“. Cuando haya terminado de asignar los días de descanso, presione “Cerrar”.

• Administrador de turno
El siguiente paso del asistente es “Administrador de turno”. La ventana que se abrirá se encuentra dividida en dos partes. En
la
parte
superior
se
puede
agregar,
modicar,
eliminar un turno, además de asignarle un tipo. En el botón “Plantilla” podrá seleccionar turnos preestablecidos. En la parte inferior podrá seleccionar los detalles para un turno. Al hacer clic sobre “Agregar detalles” se abrirá una ventana donde podrá seleccionar la hora de entrada y salida, el tiempo máximo de retraso, la hora de entrada mínima permitida, la hora de salida máxima permitida, la hora de
receso y las horas laborales. Presione “OK” para guardar los detalles del turno. Además de agregar detalles puede eliminarlos o modicarlos.
En la ventana de Administrador de turno puede seleccionar los distintos aspectos del turno al seleccionar las cajas correspondientes. Cuando asigne un tipo de turno, aparecerá una pestaña en la parte superior con los distintos tipos. Seleccione cada pestaña para ver los turnos de cada tipo. En la pestaña “All Shift” se mostrarán todos los turnos. Cuando termine de asignar o

• Patrón de cambio
Aquí podrá asignar el patrón del turno en un año, mes, semana, un intervalo personalizado o automático. Escoja el intervalo de tiempo en las pestañas (Anualmente, Mensualmente, Semanalmente, Personalizar o Auto). Seleccione el turno en la columna de la izquierda y asigne la fecha de inicio pulsando “Agregar” en la columna de la
derecha. Presione “Eliminar” o “Modicar” para borrar o
cambiar los detalles para un turno.
Cuando haya terminado de agregar o modicar el patrón,
presione “Cerrar” para regresar a la página principal del asistente. • Asignación de turno
En esta opción podrá asignar un turno a un empleado, además de establecer una fecha de inicio y una de término.
En la parte superior de la columna de la derecha podrá seleccionar el departamento, pedir que se muestren los sub-departamentos o las personas que han renunciado y buscar una persona. Una vez que la haya seleccionado, presione “Agregar” y ponga los datos correspondientes. También puede asignar un turno a un grupo de personas al
presionar “Horario de grupo”. En la ventana que se abre haga clic en “Seleccionar personal” para escoger a las personas a las que les va a asignar el turno. Al terminar seleccione “ok” y asigne turno, fecha de inicio y fecha de término. Presione
“OK” para guardar los datos.

asignación de turnos pulsando los botones correspondientes. Puede cargar la información más reciente de turnos mediante el botón “Actualizar”. Presione “Cerrar” para regresar al asistente.

Paso III
Para llevar a cabo las tareas de los últimos tres pasos del asistente deberá conectar el checador a la computadora del modo que seleccionó en el paso “Dispositivo” (USB, Red, COM). PUERTO USB

En esta sección podrá descargar los datos desde el checador, así como ajustar la hora y subir las plantillas de personal a este. En la parte superior de la ventana encontrará botones con las distintas funciones: - Leer Hora: Presione para revisar la hora del checador. - Ajustar Hora: Sincroniza la hora del checador con la de la computadora. - Leer Nombre: Descarga el nombre del dispositivo. - Ajustar Nombre: Establece el nombre del dispositivo. - Importar U Disk/Tarjeta SD: Descarga los datos guardados en una memoria USB o tarjeta SD. - Borrar Admin: Borra los administradores del checador. - Ajustar Admin: Crea un administrador en el dispositivo. 20
- Argumento de Descarga: Aquí puede denir el formato del archivo de texto que se generará al descargar los datos.
En la parte media encontrará los botones para descargar los datos: - Bajar Registros: Si presiona este botón podrá descargar los registros guardados desde la última vez que obtuvo registros del checador. - Bajar Plantilla: Descarga la plantilla del checador. - Bajar Todos Registros: Descarga todos los registros (no sólo los últimos) del checador. - Cargar Plantilla: Copia la plantilla de la computadora al checador. - Borrar Registros: Elimina los registros del checador. - Borrar Plantilla: Elimina la plantilla del checador. Si hace clic en “Borrar pantalla”, se dejarán de mostrar los datos en la pantalla de información. Presione “Cerrar” para regresar al asistente. • Análisis
En esta sección podrá ver el registro de asistencia por persona o departamento. Para comenzar, conecte el checador y seleccione el modo con las pestañas que se encuentran en la parte superior izquierda de la ventana. Si desea analizar el registro de una persona, oprima “Seleccionar personal” o búsquela en el campo “Encontrar”. Si quiere modicar los parámetros de análisis, presione
. Aquí podrá seleccionar, en las “Parámetro de análisis” casillas de la parte superior, si el dispositivo cuenta o no con botón de entrada o salida. En este caso es recomendable dejar la selección por defecto.

Además, podrá dar otras opciones como si los registros deben coincidir con el turno seleccionado y las unidades mínimas de tiempo laborado, ausencia y horas extra. Por último, seleccione
si se deben tomar en cuenta para el análisis los retrasos y las salidas anticipadas. Presione “Guardar” para conservar los criterios de análisis o “Cancelar” para salir sin guardarlos.
Seleccione el rango de fechas para el análisis en la parte derecha de la ventana y presione “Analizar” para descargar los datos. Seleccione “Cerrar” para regresar a la ventana del asistente.

• Reporte de Detalle de Asistencia
El último paso del asistente consiste en generar un reporte detallado de los registros de asistencia, ya sea para un empleado o para un departamento. Además, puede imprimir o generar una hoja de cálculo con los datos descargados del checador. Comience por seleccionar si desea buscar por persona o por departamento. Esto se hace mediante las pestañas en la parte superior del lado derecho de la ventana. Una vez hecho esto, busque a la persona o departamento y selecciónelo. Del lado derecho encontrará las opciones necesarias para establecer el intervalo de tiempo que desea mostrar en el reporte.
Una vez que haya seleccionado los parámetros que desee, presione “Previsualizar” para que se muestre el reporte. Use el botón “Imprimir” para imprimirlo o “Excel” para crear una hoja de
cálculo con los datos.

Si presiona “Reporte inteligente” podrá asignar hasta 4 horas permitidas de receso. En el primer campo introduzca el número de recesos que desea. En los siguientes asigne la hora para cada uno de ellos. Por último, seleccione el tipo de salida. Oprima “OK” para guardar o “Cancelar” para no conservar los datos.
Cuando presiona el botón “Otro” se desplegará un menú con las opciones “Electronic Tiempo Tarjeta (Por Día)” y “Electronic Tiempo Tarjeta (Por Persona)”. Si presiona cualquiera de las dos se generará una hoja de cálculo mostrando las veces que se ha pasado la tarjeta, ya sea por día o por persona.
Para salir, presione “Cerrar”. Con esto habrá terminado de congurar el aparato para su uso.

En la barra superior encontrará botones que realizan las mismas funciones que las descritas en el asistente. Esto es para acceder directamente a una función sin volver a hacer el proceso de conguración.
5.1 Barra de menú Las funciones descritas en el asistente también se encuentran en la barr a de menú excepto las descritas a continuación. • Administrador del sistema
- Administración de usuario Aquí podrá agregar usuarios que puedan entrar y modicar las opciones
del sistema. Presione “Agregar” para crear un usuario con permisos para operar el software.
Para cambiar las opciones que puede modicar presione “Derechos de
operación”. Seleccione en el cuadro que se encuentra a la izquierda de cada opción. Para desplegar las sub opciones presione el signo “+”. Presione “OK” para salir y guardar los cambios.
Si quiere asignar una contraseña para el usuario, presione “Establecer contraseña”. Escriba la contraseña y verifíquela. Presione “OK” para guardar. Use el botón “Salir” para regresar a la pantalla principal conservando los cambios.

- Cambiar contraseña Se le pedirá que ingrese tanto la contraseña actual como la nueva. Esta opción sólo cambiará la contraseña del usuario activo en ese momento. - Volver a entrar Le permitirá reingresar al programa, como si lo acabara de iniciar. - Registro del sistema Esta opción le mostrará los registros de entrada, salida, inicio de sesión fallido y operación de módulo en el software. Puede seleccionar el intervalo que quiere revisar así como cambiar el el nombre de la compañía e idioma del programa. Presione los botones correspondientes para guardar los cambios. Si presiona el botón “Limpiar Documento” puede eliminar los registros hasta la fecha seleccionada. Pulse “Cerrar” para regresar a la ventana principal. 26
- Herramienta del sistema Aquí podrá modicar los tipos y rutas de los archivos de base de datos. También, si cuenta con un archivo de traducción, puede cargarlo mediante esta opción. No es recomendable modicar estos parámetros.
Presione “Salir” para regresar a la ventana principal. - Sistema Programa Use esta opción para programar el software de manera que realice ciertas funciones en un tiempo determinado. Seleccione “Agregar a” para seleccionar un intervalo y una hora a la que se realizará la tarea seleccionada en la columna de la derecha. Presione “Guardar” para regresar a la ventana de “Programa”. y “Eliminar” para cambiar o borrar los programas ya establecidos. Presione “Salir” para regresar a la ventana principal. Puede usar los botones “Modicar”

Una vez que un usuario está dado de alta, simplemente tendrá que colocar
el dedo sobre el lector durante dos segundos (máximo), pasar su tarjeta o

This menu is used to add a user.

To add or edit a user you have different options: 1. Finger: Added a user identied by their ngerprint.
2. Password (key): You can identify the user through a Pasword (key). 3. Card (card): The user can access through a card. When you register a new user using his or her ngerprint, the device will ask to place the nger over the sensor three times to ensure a correct reading.

You can delete a user’s identication.

4. Log View
The information registration is to check transaction log and registration of supervisor’s action on the device. • GLog View: Are events of a user registration. • SLog View: Is the registry to change the element menu by the
supervisor or the normal user.

1. Terminal: To change the conguration of the time clock. • Machine ID: you can modify the identication number of the device. • Language: You can change the language of the computer. • Managers: To add an administrator. • LCD Contrast: you can adjust the intensity of display contrast. • Volume: To adjust the device volume level. • VoiceOut: You can enable or disable voice assistance. • IP Adress: To modify and display the IP address of the device. • Subnet Mask: Enter the subnet mask.

• Password: Network password. • PowerKey: Disable key on/off switch. • Sleep: This menu item sets a timeout interval. For the interval of
inactivity, we mean that there is no interaction with the user.
If the device is in sleep mode, the retro lighting of the LCD, LED and keyboard backlight will turn off. The device will return to its normal state when the event occurs the following. 1. Any key is pressed. 2. The door opens. • Auto Off: This element menu provides an idle interval for automatic
switching off the device.
• Sensor Adjust: Here you can adjust brightness sensor.
2. Attendance: You can here adjust conguration assistance that you provide to the equipment. • Attend set: Enable or disable the assistance. • AttendanceTZ: in this menu you can assign a start and end time you
want to perform assistance. You can assign up to 10 assistance modes. • Bell Time: Set the time to activate the bell sound. • Reverify: Serves to establish a time interval for the identication of a
user. • GLOG Wrn: You can set here the total number of records that you want to store on the device. • Slog Wrn: You can set here the total number of input records that you want to store on the device. • Delete All Log: remove all records stored in the device.

3. Information: To see the device conguration. 4. Self Test: Here you can test the device to verify if everything is working correctly. 5. Set Default: Restart the computer to its initial state.
The software for this product can be updated without notice. Go to www.steren.com to check the latest version of this manual.
Insert the included disc and start the setup.exe program. Follow the instructions
displayed on screen.
Once installed, locate and launch the “Attendance Management System” software. You will be asked a user name and password. Default user name is “system” and the password is blank.
4.1 Confguration 4.1.1 Quick install Quick Install icon will be displayed the rst time you start the
program. If you click this option, opens a window where you can 10
enter general conguration data.
On top you must enter the name of the company, the number of the rst employee (it is recommended to be greater than 10 to reserve the rst 10 to administrators), the name and type of device (in this case is the rst choice “ngerprint Black White Machine”) and the
connection type. If you are accessing the device via network, ask your administrator to know the assigned IP address. If you connect via COM port, select the port number and transfer speed.
At the bottom may to register the data of the shift going to work. Select entry and exit time, the shift pattern, if this is Monday to
Saturday or Monday to Friday, and the rest time on Sundays and Saturdays. Press “Save” to save the changes or “Cancel” to exit without saving.

4.1.2 Wizard To start with the software settings click “Wizard” icon. The screen that opens is a list of the steps to follow so that you can start using your time clock. Intermittent blue arrow indicates the next step. Step I • Department
Start by assigning a Department by clicking on the corresponding icon. “Department management” window opens. Press “Add” and enter the data required. Once you are nished,
click “Close” to save the data.
Use the button “Delete” to delete all data of a Department. You will be asked to conrm the action.
If you want to change the data of a Department, select it and click “Modify”. Click “Close” to save data in and out of the “Department management” window.

• Staff The next option in the wizard window is “Staff” which will
allow you to add people to the staff of the Department that you created in the previous section. Click the corresponding icon to open the “New staff Info” window. In this window you can add new user data. Start by selecting the Department that the person who is adding. In the eld “Find” you can enter the name or part of it to nd a person. Select the selection boxes if you want to display the sub
department or staff who has resigned. Click “Add” to introduce the newly entered personal data.
On the right side you will nd three tabs where you can enter information person to add. In the rst you will be asked basic
information such as “Name”, “Surname”, “Gender”, etc.

Make sure that the user ID corresponds to which is registered in the time clock. You can also select a picture ( ) to append it to the information. In the second tab you can add additional information of the person as his position or level of studies, as well as address and personal telephone. Finally, in the tab “Note” you can add special annotations, followed by the indication given of discharge methods that to register person record the entry and exit. Press “Save” the data of a person or “Cancel” to start again the data entry. In the same way that Department, window press “Delete” to delete a person from the system and “Change” to change data. When nished adding staff, press “Close”
to return to the
wizard window. • Device
Here you can add the device to be used for log entries and exits of staff. Enter a name to recognize the device. Select
the time clock model (in this case is NU2088). Do not change “Direction” option.

In COM section you must enter the communication port and baud rate. In the “COM port” option you can select the USB port.
In the section “Ethernet” you should enter data from the local network that you want to connect the time clock to the network. Check data with the network administrator. Press “Save” to store data from the device. You can modify or delete data from a device using the corresponding buttons. Click “Refresh” If the recently made changes do not display on the screen. Click “Close” to return to the wizard. Step II • Holiday
In this option you can assign the days the staff will rest and no records of entry and exit will register. Click “Add holiday” to begin to introduce holiday.

You will be asked a number of allocations, the year to which is added and the name of the holiday. Press “OK” to save.
Once saved a holiday, it will appear in the column on the left side of the window. Select it and click “Add details” to indicate the start and end date of each break. You can also delete or change existing details for each holiday.

If you click on the “Quick install” button, you can add days off are repeated throughout the year, such as weekends. If you select “All Sunday” or “All Saturday”, then every Sunday or Saturday will be selected. Use “Customze” to select the day of the week that will be repeated in the year and select if these alternate (the rst or second week). Press “ok” to save. Once you have nished adding all holidays, click “Close” to

return to the wizard.
• Holiday Allotment
The window that open by clicking this option is divided into three columns. In the rst one you can select both the
Department and the person to which you will assign the holiday. In addition, pressing “Include resigned” people who have stopped working in the company will be displayed. Click “Find” to search for a person by number or name. Select a person in the center column and a holiday in the right-hand column. Press “Add” to assign the day to the selected person. If you want to remove a day of rest for one person, select it in the center column and press “Delete”. When you are nished assigning holidays, click “Close”.

• Shift Management The next step of the wizard is “Shift Management”. The
window that will open is divided into two parts. At the top you can add, modify, remove a question assign a type. The button “Template” you can select preset shifts. At the bottom you can select the details of a shift. When you click on “Add details” a window opens where you can select input and output time, the maximum delay time, the minimum time allowed, the maximum time permitted time for recess and
the working hours. Press “ok” to save the details of the shift. In addition to recording details you can remove or modify them. In the “Shift Managment” window you can select different shift aspects by selecting the corresponding boxes. When you
assign a shift type, a tab will appear at the top with the different types. Select each tab to see the shifts of each type. The tab “All Shift” will display all shifts.
When

assigning or changing shifts, click “Close” to save.

• Shift pattern
Here you can assign the shift pattern in a year, month, week, automatic or custom intervals. Choose the time interval in the tabs (yearly, monthly, weekly, customize or Auto). Select the shift on the left hand column and set the start date by clicking “Add” in the right column. Click “Delete” or “Edit” to delete or change the details of an appointment. When you are nished adding or modifying the pattern, press
“Close” to return to the main page of the wizard.
• Shift allotment
In this option you can assign a shift to an employee, also establish a start and end date. At the top of the right column you can select the department, ask to show the sub-departments or people that have resigned and nd
someone.
Once you have selected, click “Add” and input the data. You can also assign a shift to a group of people push “Batch scheduleing”. In the window that opens click on “Select staff” to choose people who will allocate time. When nished select
“ok” and assign time, start date and end date. Press “ok” to save the data.
Delete or modify allocation shift by pressing the corresponding buttons. You can load the latest shifts through the “Refresh” button. Click “Close” to return to the wizard.

• Download
In this section you can download data from the time clock, as well as set the time and upload these staff templates. At the top of the window you will nd buttons with various functions:
- Reading time: Click to review the time clock time. - Set time: Synchronize the time of the time clock with the computer. - Read name: Download the device name. - Set name: Sets the name of the device. - Import or Disk/SD card: download the data stored on a USB memory stick or SD card. - Delete Admin: Deletes the time clock administrators. - Set Admin: Create an administrator on the device. - Download argument: Here you can dene the format of the text 20

In the Middle you will nd buttons to download the data:
- Download records: If you press this button you can download the records saved since the last time it obtained the time clock records. - Download template: Download the template of the time clock. - Download all records: Download all (not just recent) records of the time clock. - Load template: Copy the template computer to the time clock. - Delete records: Removes the time clock records. - Delete template: Removes the time clock template. If you click on “Clear display”, the program no longer show the data in the Info screen. Click “Close” to return to the wizard. • Analysis
In this section you will see record attendance by person or Department. To start, connect the time clock and select the mode with the tabs located at the top left of the window. If you want to analyze a person record, click “Select Staff” or search the eld “Find”. If you want to modify analysis settings, click “Analysis parameter” . Here you can select, in the boxes at the top, if the device has or no entry or exit button.
In this case it is advisable to leave the selection by default. 21
You can also give other options as if records must match the selected time and minimum units of worked time, absence and extra hours. Finally, select if take into account for the analysis
delays and early departures. Press “Save” to keep the analysis criteria or “Cancel” to exit without saving them.
Select the date range for the analysis on the right side of the window and click “Analyze” to download the data. Select “Close” to return to the wizard window.

• Attendance Detail Report
The last step of the wizard is to create a detailed report of assistance records, whether for an employee or a department. In addition, you can print or generate a spreadsheet with the data downloaded from the time clock. Start by selecting if you want to search by person or by department. This is done through the tabs at the top of the right side of the window. Once done, look for the person or department and select it. On the right side you will nd the necessary options to set the time
interval that you want to display in the report.
Once you have selected the parameters you want, click to display the report. Use the “Print” to print it or “Preview” “Excel” button to create a spreadsheet with the data.

If you press “Intelligent report”
you can assign up to 4
permitted hours of recess. In the rst eld enter the number of
breaks you want. In the following assign the time for each of them. Finally, select the type of output. Click “ok” to save or “Cancel” to not store the data.
When you press the button “Other” will be displayed a menu with the options “Electronic time card (per day)” and “Electronic time card (per person)”. Pressing either generate a spreadsheet showing the time that has passed the card, either per day or per person.
To exit, press “Close”. This will have nished conguring the appliance for use.

In the top bar you will nd buttons that perform the same functions as described
in the wizard. This is to directly access a function without return to make all the conguration process.
5.1 Menu bar The functions described in the wizard are also in the menu bar except
those described below.
• System management
- User management Here you can add users who can enter and change the settings of the system. Press “Add” to create a user with permissions to operate the software. To change the options you can modify press “Operation rights”. Select in the box located to the left of each option. To deploy the sub options click on the sign “+”. Press “ok” to exit and save changes.
If you want to assign a password for the user, click “Set password”. Type the password and verify it. Press “ok” to save. Use the “Quit” button to return to the main screen while preserving changes.

- Change password You will be prompted to enter the current password and the new. This option will only change the active user’s password at that time. - ReLogin You can re-enter the program as if it would start again. - The system log This option will show you records entry, exit, login failed and operation of
the software module. You can select the interval you want to review and change the name of the company and the program language. Press the corresponding button to save the changes. If you press the button “clean document” can delete records to selected date. Press “Close” to return to the main window. 26
- System tool Here you can change the types and paths of the database les. Also, if you have a translation le, you can load it using this option. It is not
recommended to modify these parameters. Press “Exit” to return to the main window.
- System Schedule Use this option to schedule the software to perform certain functions in a specied time. Select “Add” to select an interval and an hour which will take place the task selected in the right column. Press “Save” to return to the “Program” window. You can “Delete”
