Comments: RLC Throughput seems less on plot although MCS9 is mostly used due to following main reasons: TEMS will decode greater MCS where few numbers of samples are obtained. RLC Throughput is less on higher MCS as well because of resource sharing with other users i.e. other data. Data rate depends on no. of users. As the number of users increase, data rate will be decrease. During cell reselection, RLC throughput is Zero which is another factor of low throughput.

Statistics should be collected for 2 weeks after the Cluster acceptance condition is achieved Analysis will be done twice for 2 consecutive weeks. It is mandatory for the vendor to achieve the KPI’s for cluster basis on day level & busy hour in each week. Weighted average will be used according to the traffics. There should be no major changes in the network during collection of statistics Statistics should contain current values and target values.
