The counter pmCapacityAllocAttUlCe, pmCapacityAllocAttUlCe, provides the number of attempts to allocate UL Channel Elements. It is stepped each time an attempt to allocate an UL CE is made. The counter pmCapacityAllocRejUlCe, pmCapacityAllocRejUlCe, provides the number of attempts to allocate UL Channel Elements that are rejected (related to bin [0] of pmCapacityUlCe). It is stepped each time an attempt to allocate an UL CE is rejected.

pmCapacityUlCe Units: Note:
% The counter pmCapacityUlCe is new in P7.0.
KPI Description This KPI provides the distribution of the UL Channel Element utilization as percentages of the license limit for the UplinkBaseBandPool. The counter pmCapacityUlCe , as PDF counter, provides the distribution of the UL Channel Element utilization, as percentages of the license limit for the UplinkBaseBandPool. If two baseband pools are used, the licensed capacity of UL Channel Elements is distributed between the two baseband pools according to the parameter NodeBFunction::ulLicFractBBPool2. The counter is sampled each second of the granularity period (gives 900 values). PDF ranges: [0]: Configured license limit (license key value if valid license key and licensed key value is not 9999, else 8 if invalid/missing license key, else max hardware capacity if license key value is 9999 and/or emergency unlock is active and/or at delayed activation of license key) [1]: Number of sampled values in range [0..20]% [2]: Number of sampled values in range [20..40]% [3]: Number of sampled values in range [40..50]% [4]: Number of sampled values in range [50..60]% [5]: Number of sampled values in range [60..70]% [6]: Number of sampled values in range [70..80]% [7]: Number of sampled values in range [80..85]% [8]: Number of sampled values in range [85..90]% [9]: Number of sampled values in range [90..95]% [10]: Number of sampled values >= 95 %

KPI Description This KPI provides the average amount of used Channel Elements in Up Link. It’s expressed as the ratio between the total aggregate of used Channel Elements measurements and the number of samples collected. The counter pmSumCapacityUlCe, as ACC counter, provides the aggregate of all sample values (measurement_value) recorded within the ROP for number of used UL Channel Elements. A new sampled value is added each second of the granularity period. The counter pmSamplesCapacityUlCe, as ACC counter, provides the number of samples in pmSumCapacityUlCe (that is, pmSamplesCapacityUlCe = pmSamplesCapacityUlCe + 1, whenever pmSumCapacityUlCe is to be updated). It is stepped each time a measurement value is sampled for pmSumCapacityUlCe

The pmSumSqrCapacityUlCe, as SQR counter (incremented by the square of the measurement when the corresponding sum counter is incremented), provides the sum of the squares of the used UL Channel Elements. A new value, that is, sqr(measurement_value), is added each second of the granularity period.he counter pmSumCapacityUlCe, as ACC counter, provides the aggregate of all sample values (measurement_value) recorded within the ROP for number of used UL Channel Elements.
