To read a Ceramic Cera mic or Mylar capacitor, ca pacitor, you will find 3 numbers and sometimes a letter. To To find the value, you get the first two numbers and multiply that by the third number to the power of ten. If the last numbers are 8 or 9, you will have to multiply them by 0.01 and 0.1 respectively. If the capacitor has only two or less numbers, it is probably the actual value in pF.
