Welcome! Hello, and welcome to my organization. I am known around the web as Tom Vrilock. I’m an occultist, and one of the most accomplished technicians of magic and psionics. My message to you is simple. There is an untapped power in the world which goes unrecognized by most of us because we are too distracted by modern outlets of information, entertainment, and the views that invested interest groups want us to align to. I am for the people of the world, and my goal is to help bring you back into harmony with your true self, your inner power, and to establish a relationship with the earth and the universal

mind of the cosmos. How can we get started? First, let us consider why you are here reading this report on my system, V.O.C.U.S., and how this system can help you, and by extension the entire planet. You are here because for one reason or another you need personal empowerment. At some point in your search for answers to your problems the truth has eluded you. In your work with spirits, psychic power, or magic you have succeeded in some areas, but for the most part you end up with mixed results or disappointment. Perhaps you are merely researching about psychic and occult 6 of 36
phenomena, and for the most part you are fed up with all the vested interest obscuring your findings. And it may be quite possible that you are entirely new to the world of meditation, magic or the occult, and you’re looking for the best guidance you can find. I know that I can help most of you who are reading this report right now. But, now, if you are new, and these terms I am using confuse you, allow for me to tell you a little about what the true occultist is. An occultist is one who focuses on internal power of the mind. In this most basic understanding of the occultist we are people who work toward an understanding of our 7 of 36
true selves. In order to accomplish this awakening we must first shave o# the layers of illusion and influence that has been programmed into us from the start of our lives. To accomplish this I o#er a simple series of guides for beginners called Vrilock’s Practical Guides, VPG for short. The student of the occult is brought back to the basics of self awareness and meditation, and then raised up to the intermediate level of occult power. There are two primary guides for working with the beginner’s energy centers or centers of consciousness. Plus, each guide includes an instrument to help students experience a more gainful understanding of the basics of 8 of 36
occult power as it is applied in each guide. Every guide is uniquely structured to give the student a detailed background of my own path through the same meditation, contemplation exercises, and the ultimate instrument pertaining to these simple occult learning materials. While these guides are simple, the occult material is uplifting and enlightening. You will gain much from my years of work put into a very short and direct approach to selfempowerment. There is much more that I o#er after you have completed my VPG’s. The following list gives you an idea of what I have outlined for you in the long run of your training. 9 of 36

Now this may seem like a lot of material to introduce to someone who might be new to the occult. Rest assured that you do not have to pursue the entire program all at once. In fact, some of the people who come to me really only need 10 of 36
the most initial training. Others require a more in-depth training in my system for removing bad programing from their mind, and to input beneficial routines in spiritual and mental disciplines. These are not entirely di%cult to achieve. But, the guidance toward achievement is crucial for the most serious seeker of the truth and the true occultist. Right here is a good time to point out what I mean by ‘true occultist’. To avoid unnecessary confusion please consider the multitude of di#erent kinds of practitioners in the esoteric or magical arts. The di#erences are vast, and each group is quite di #erent. As an occultist you are a student of your own mind and its relationship to the greater 11 of 36
cosmic-intelligence-system. We strip away the myriad di#erences in magic, removing the arrays of colors from di#erent schools of thought, and focus on a system that is straight to the heart of the individual. All magic is a sort of technology that operates more along the line of the arts than it does by any means of science. An occultist is more likely to find science of greater interest, but remains open to the possibilities of all human schools of thought. But, in order to be an occultist looking into the broad spectrum of human thought, the initiate of the occult must first make the most important journey inside of his or herself. There is your true power, and there is your ultimate relationship to a much 12 of 36
bigger universe of consciousness. With this relationship strongly forged by your work through my guidance, you will no longer be confused by the various systems of magic, nor will you be swayed away from your core self—your true self, where your power and connection to the ultimate cosmic intelligence system is forever branded in your heart and your mind. In essence, the occultist is liken to a science of the soul. We seek spiritual truth, but we begin by a recognition of ourselves from a inward view. The secret to this awakening to true occultism is through the practice of certain training programs that I o#er you.

The beginning of your coaching system will begin with focusedconcentration. This is a process done a little at a time, and with pauses between practice to reflect on some light reading materials, illustrations, and short prose related to my own experiences and my predecessors, including as William Walker Atkinson - one of the founders of The New Thought Movement of the 1900’s. We will also look to the works of my colleagues for additional learning as we gradually move into the occult as it applies to the objective world. The secret of the true occultist is the application of focusedconcentration. This is ordinarily a di%cult pursuit for many 14 of 36
people. Vrilock’s system makes this pursuit easier and more enjoyable for all students of the occult. Focused-concentration will protect your mind and empower your will, and generally improve your lot in life on a number of levels. For one thing, you will be free from the manipulation that commands the general public, and you will be able to resist the mindcontrol of others. Current state: Most of you who have practiced meditation, magic, or psionics are in a position of witnessing mixed results, and sometimes nothing happens at all. Or, maybe you received what you asked for, but it wasn’t delivered quite in the way that you expected. Well, the good news is that there are ways I can help you to mend the disconnect between operation and results in magic. We can also speed up results in some areas of this work as you progress into other specialized areas of occult work. We are always learning new things about the occult.

What is the future with occult training going to be like? Well, my fellow humans we are truly living in miraculous times of ultimate truth unfolding. And because all of us are more eager than ever to know the truth we have our ears wider open to its call. With so much technology and new breakthroughs in the occult we have the power to be the center of our own galaxy. This is becoming true for many people, people who have realized that they can be the hero of their own story starting now! There are countless examples of people taking initiative, standing up for truth in the face of lies, and challenging the establishment at every turn in the game for 18 of 36
global domination. It is a time of intense joy, often fear—but people are overcoming these obstacles. Why?? Because we are approaching a new awakening period. And now is the best time to take your own path in the great awakening of our species and pursue the ultimate full-mind-and-spirit experience of the true occultist! So, let me bring you closer to some of our areas of focus in training and learning. First, we’ll talk a bit more about our old friend, magic. Magic makes greatness possible because it is a technology of wizards which allows us to work with our minds in a way we ordinarily 19 of 36
could never achieve by any other means available. For example, for many of us just the learning of the fact that we have an energy field surrounding our bodies is the first beginning of realization about the psychic world. But the road to this wisdom is nearly infinite, and it is a path masoned from wonder without an end in sight. Getting there at your own is so much information, too many gadgets, and libraries upon libraries of free books—And most people get lost or end up having mixed results. This is because the world wide web is not organized to give you a solid system to study magic from.

Moreover, most systems do not include where others made mistakes vs. his or her successes in real experience. There are some exceptions in the sources I’ve come across in my own research. In psionics most of us have read a history going back to Dr. Albert Abrams and David Tansley. There is also the inventions of Thomas Galen Heironymous to inspire us. However, it was once told to me that Heironymous could not detect the di#erence between human blood and pigs blood with his machine. This is the story told to me by my own teacher. Here at least we have an example of error, and if we dig into further information we may arrive at some useful insights in how we might overcome an obstacle 21 of 36
which confused our pioneers in the field research revolving around radionics, which ultimately gave birth to true psionics. In short you have a choice of this theory or that theory to choose from. And of course these theories are merely information. The information is static. That is, it does not give you the tools to work with. Vrilock’s coaching system for the true occultist is di #erent from older works. I’m going to tell you where I succeeded, where I failed, and how to move forward in your own training to achieve more solid and consistent results. This is achieved by a program 22 of 36
that walks students through the most fundamental and realistic occult training. Plus, the instruments which are presented in each on of my guides matches the training material both in reasoning and in my own practice. Following in my own footsteps you are more likely to succeed as a true occultist. Remember, the information in most magic communities seems rather passive or static. By this I mean no o#ense. Rather, my system of training a person to become an occultist is more closely resemblant of a martial arts dojo. A little hard work, but we do this in steps that are interesting, rewarding,

and always in advance of the pursuit of the true occult. Allow me to talk to you about the world lies and the future of world truth. Consider the world in general. Not just in magical views. Think of all the information outlets in the world, the institutions, and the mastermind liars running the big show of the world. Hitherto we have been lied to, whether we make reference to the information broadcasted by the mainstream media or those politicians pitching us all a pile of utter nonsense. As a matter of course, the only way to know the truth is to follow in the footsteps of 24 of 36
someone who has the answer from experience. I remember my yoga teacher from many, many years ago. He was a man with eyes in the back of his head, as the saying goes. By respecting his position as a mentor I was then able to receive his true teachings. The reward comes from the relationship to the knowledge. The universe is no di#erent in this regard to relationship of mentor and student. The cosmos is our great teacher. We, the true occultists of the world respect this relationship and this cosmic intelligence system. Much like author Frank Herbert’s vision of a future in which humanity rises above its machine oppressors to higher 25 of 36
levels of human-cosmic consciousness, Vrilock holds steadfast to the aim of humanity overcoming the limitations of an oppressive social, political, and educational system. We aim for the true mind, the true spirit, and the ultimate relationship with the universe. Our power comes from this realization. In essence, we are often required to practice this realization. Not simply agree with it. You will understand when you join my network and take my programs. To Vrilock the human individual is still the ultimate component of the greater cosmic whole, and as we are participants in our prosperity - or our own demise - it is important for us 26 of 36
to begin understanding our relationship to a higher level of consciousness. So, why not take advantage of a coaching system which teaches this ultimate relationship? Can you think of one reason? After-all, the biggest problem people talk about is magic not working for them or getting very mixed results. Sometimes this is the result of misunderstanding the magic, overlooking an operations, or more practice is needed. More often, however, the problem resides in the subconscious mind where there is a conflict of interests.

Obviously, we must heed the energy system of the operator as being the ultimate component in his or her own magic. There you have it. Now, let us get on to learning about this wonderful mind of yours, and of course get to building upon the relationship your mind has with the universe. First of all the universe is conscious, and it is sad that many of us do not participate in regular communion with this greater intelligence. Truly, think of the benefits to you and your family by having a two-way conversation with the allcreative cosmic consciousness.

Every person is a link in the chain to this conscious universal mind. We refer to this mind as the cosmic intelligence system. The reason for referring to this universal mind as a ‘system’ is in the way through which this mind interacts with our own. So, you’re going to learn how to take advantage of this relationship on many levels with my programs. We’ll start you o# small, taking one step at a time, and in this way you will be able to measure your results, and keep a solid skill under your belt.
