Introduction to the CaPNaK MedicineFood Chart. You can use the CaPNaK ("cap knack") Chart to balance your intake of the four main minerals in your food. So what? These four main minerals in food have an awesome impact on your health and happiness! You eat far more calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), sodium (Na), and potassium (K) - the Ca P Na K minerals - than any
other minerals. That is why they have such a big effect on your well-being. Yes, I mean a really wholistic impact.
