He should exhibit the minimum standards of competency for Industrial Engineering practice. The scope of practice for the CIE is limited to the use of commonly accepted tools and techniques for the analysis and enhancement of performance in existing systems. IE Certification Certification is a voluntary process, which validates an individual's qualifications in the field of industrial engineering (IE) professional practice. It demonstrates demonstrates to employers, clients, and peers the individual's knowledge and experience and signifies his or her commitment to continued excellence in IE professional professional practice. An Active PIIE member and Filipino citizen A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from CHED-recognized school/university with an accredited BSIE program or an internationally accredited program A passing score on the CIE written examination on IE Core Knowledge.

Jacob’ or pay initial instalment fee and non-refundable of P3,000 on the first day of the review and pay the remaining amount within the review period.
Cancellation fee of PhP3,000.00 will be charged for those enrolees who cancel their reservation one week before the start of the review course date. The review course is limited to 50 enrolees per class schedule on a first-come first-served basis.
CIE Online Review Course: IEdeas is also offering a 5-month fully Online CIE Examination Review Course for P5,000.00. Online Review & Tutorial per IE subject module is available at P500.00 per module. For those enrolled in the regular CIE Examination Review Course, you may also enrol to the Online Review Course to supplement what you are learning in the classroom review. The supplemental fee is P1,500.00 only.

Engr. Jacob is the Director of the Office of Planning and Development of the University of Santo Tomas.
