1.1 Our Product that is S-watch (smart watch) is generally about a watch with storage device and a laser pointer. Basically, the purpose of our product is to prevent the customer from forgetting or misplace their storage device that contains important data and files. The laser is used for presentation to point at the slides. Since people nowadays need a portable storage device, our company found out that S-watch has a great potential in business.
1.2 Out target market is for people with career such as businessmen, engineers, architects and other careers that basically need a portable storage device for their works such as presentation, proposal and many more. Besides, our target market is also focus on students. Students can simply store their work and important notes. For the projection of the product, our company is estimated to penetrate the market with medium pace in the beginning and after 6 month, our product is estimated to penetrate the market with high pace.
1.3 Our S-watch has extra features that ordinary watch does not have. Since nowadays people need this 3 items separately which are watch, storage device and laser pointing device, our company combines all this features in one product. This will make our product to have extra advantage than any other watch.
1.4 Our product is estimated to generate medium profit on the first 6 months and the profit will increase by double throughout the other remaining months in the market.

2.1 Our product is about S-Watch (Smart Watch) which is a watch with 3 features that are watch, storage device and laser pointing device. Watch basically is used to check and set the time, storage device is used to save important data and notes, and laser pointing device is used to point at the slides during presentation.
2.2 S-watch is basically a watch with installed storage devices and laser pointing device. These features can be applied when doing a presentation. The primary use of this product is to check the time but and the same time, it also has storage device and laser pointing device as the secondary use for the use of presentation and data storage.
2.3 S-watch contains storage device and laser pointing device which have never been installed in any type of watch these days. These features will eventually attract mostly people with careers and students. It benefits them when they are doing their presentation for company's project or when giving lectures to the student.
2.4 S-watch is the watch that feature a storage device and a laser pointer in a single product. This product is produced to eliminate the user from misplace or forgetting their important data and notes. Our product is still in prototype stage, where the budget needed in developing the product around is RM300 and can fully developed within one day. We need at least one month to test the functionality of the product and several people has been chosen to become the first user of our product. Positive feedback will from people will further increase our product sales projection.
2.5 Our company produces a brand new watch which is called S-watch (smart watch) where our company named it as X1-1 where it represents the first generation of the watch. In addition, our company also manufactures the Universal Storage Device (USB) and the laser pointing device on our own. Although the design may have the same features like other kind of watch, our company has our own idea to design different kind of watch to differ it from other watch. 2.6 The opportunities that our company can see from our S-watch are we can install MP3 as a music device and also a pedometer into the watch. From our point of view, it is suitable for joggers as they can listen to song and also calculate their burned calories and also calculate their distance travelled. in additoon, this will eventually expand our target market not only to people with careers and student but also to sportsmen.
