BETZALEL AS MESSIAH Dwelled in the Shadow of El From the Tribe of Judah (Grandmother Miryam from Levi)...King/Priest Filled with the Ruach ha’Kodesh, for wisdom, understanding, and knowledge Built the Tabernacle YHWH by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens. By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew. - Proverbs 3:19-20 Friday, March 8, 2013
Oholiav Name אהליאבmeans “Father’s Tent” Though helping to build the Tabernacle at this point, there would come one later, staying in the Sanctuary, saying, “Did you not know I must be in my Father’s House?” (Luke 2:49) Residing in the Tent of the Father means protection under the shadow of His roof - fits with Betzalel Friday, March 8, 2013

THE WORK “And therefore [after the healing] did the Yehudim persecute Yeshua, and sought to slay him, because he had done these things on the Shabbat. But Yeshua answered them, ‘My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.’ Therefore the Yehudim sought the more to kill him, because he not only had *broken the Shabbat*, but said also that Elohim was his Father, making himself equal with Elohim. Then answered Yeshua and said unto them, “Amen, amen, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.” - John 5:17-19 *Yeshua broke the Pharisees’ version of the Sabbath but did not break the Torah in doing this healing Friday, March 8, 2013
THE WORK The word for work in Hebrew, מלאכה, directly corresponds to the Greek word in this passage: ἐργάζομαι (G2038, ergazomai) - proven in the Septuagint Yeshua was using a word-play: “My Father works...I am His Malak.” This claim is a claim of Messiahship and equality with El. This explains the anger of the Pharisees, and the context of what Yeshua was saying. Friday, March 8, 2013
THE WORK In such a way, the work to be done was a message to be told - the message of the Mishkan The Mishkan represents Messiah and His work for us The Message of the Mishkan is the same Message as Yeshua’s: To gather His people Friday, March 8, 2013

GATHERING ISRAEL
153 fishes, Betzalel’s name = 153 What does Betzalel building the tabernacle have to do with gathering the dispersed of Israel?
Friday, March 8, 2013
“BUILDING THE MISHKAN” The Mishkan, also called the “Ohel Mo’ed” meaning Tent of Meeting, was a place that the children of Israel would gather to during the Mo’edim (Holy Days) We see a link between gathering the people of Israel, and the Holy Days, and the Tabernacle, but... Friday, March 8, 2013
“Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath, which are a shadow of things to come; and the body of Messiah.” Colossians 2:16-17

Colossians 2:16-17 Most people see this as an injunction against keeping “shadowy old ways”, but what he is truly saying is that to keep the Feasts is to dwell in the shadow of the Most High...like Betzalel! That these Holy days are the body and substance of Messiah! Just like Oholiav’s name, to be under the “shadow” of the roof of our Father’s Tent, is to be protected. Friday, March 8, 2013
GATHERING ISRAEL Our מלאכהis to gather Israel by preaching the message found in the pattern of the Mishkan and the Mo’Edim We ought to gather ourselves on the Mo’edim, such as the Shabbat We ought to give ourselves as a Terumah, lifted up offering With this offering, Our Messiah, “Betzalel”, will build us into a tabernacle Friday, March 8, 2013
BE BETZALEL Be “in the shadow of El” - we know that He is pictured in the Mishkan...so should we be! To “do” is to “make” ()עשה. Start making the Tabernacle! This means we will be “doing” the commands of Yeshua, and not just externally Friday, March 8, 2013
BE BETZALEL Therefore whosoever hears these sayings of mine, and does them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that hears these sayings of mine, and does them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it. -Matthew 7:24-27 Friday, March 8, 2013
