Benglore shivir- Shivyog Here are the notes as noted by one of the sadhak - Vincent, who had come all the way from Luxembourg and a very sweet person whom I met in Bangalore Shivir. Vincent has shared what was basically jotted down by him and I have retained all of it except the intrinsic parts of sadhana, with the hopes that it would help revive things for sadhaks who attended Bangalore shivir and also aid other sadhaks. Babaji gave initiation by sending Sanjeevani Shakti. Day 2 (15/08/10) Babaji talked about Ramalinga Swami a Holy Siddha in south India (Vadalur) Today you are going to be born again: new mother is the Guru. Raise your vibration. Nadis are linked with Chakras. Main Nadis: Sushumna, pingala & Ida. The 7 main Chakras in our body is closely connected with these 3 main meridians. Chakra system. Na koi tha na koi hai, mere Shiv ke siva. Tum lena shiv ka naam, namah shivaya! Namah shivaya! namah shivaya! namah shivaya! namah shivaya! Om namah shivaya! namah shivaya!” Babaji mentioned that the Lord himself came to heal at that moment of chanting. Chanted Mahalakshmi Mantra. Sri Vidya Sadhana. Bajan: Kali Durge Namo Namah. Babaji again did Sri Vidya Sadhana. "Meditate whenever you are wherever you are.” “Don’t think small. You are a Shivyogi. Think BIG!” Day 9 (22/08/10) Prana Kriyas. Sri Vidya Sadhana: Create a meditation altar, keep a shiv linga, Sri Chakra, light a lamp and an incense stick preferably made of herbs. Start with Prana Kryas; from the physical level. Invocation, sadhana. Very deep state of Turya Awasta. In this state, feel in the present moment - Tum Chahthe Kya ho? "I have full faith in the vibration." Visualising in the state of Turya Awasta - "I believe in that." Gratitude. Remain in that meditative state and send love energy
