Than go the ‐‐tool ‐‐‐options ‐‐‐ than one window will be open than u have to select the UTM zones (universe transverse mercator) Select the coordinate zones as UTM/ZONE 43N for INDIA in projection as shown in following window) than select display format as WGS 84 than u will select the display Lat/Long format for the export. U can change the units also in unit window.
Now go for uploading the maps in the tool. Atoll will support the ASSET format and the file name index will be import in the tool. Or u can import mapinfo TAB files for the vectors. Go to the file ‐‐import ‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐than select the path of the of the map file u want upload. After selecting the path tool will ask u the data type as shown in the following window. U can add the field in as u required by RIGHT CLICK on table and go to table fields as shown in following figure.
You have to specify the name and the size of the column. After making all the columns as required u will import the file in the same columns by browsing the (.txt or .CSV) file format.

After that u have to import transmitters (Sectors). Go to the DATA‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐Transmitter than double click on the transmitter and import the file in the table.
Transmitter will be imported as the above figure. After importing the transmitters and fixing the antenna type and Propagation model. We will go to the prediction‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐right click‐‐‐‐‐‐new A table will open and u fix all the Level criteria As Customer required. After that

Neighbor plan‐‐‐‐‐ After taking Coverage Prediction we can make the neighbor plan for the Active transmitters if the transmitter is not active than it would not come in the calculations. Only the active transmitter come into the picture. So kindly make sure only those transmitter are active for which u want the Neighbor plan.
NOTE:‐‐ For creating the neighbor plan it is necessary that coverage prediction plot must be calculated.

Max inter site distance based on the clutter and the distances between sites. Use 10000m. Max no of neighbors depend on the frequency band allotted. USE 12 . Signal level BCCH>‐110dBm Hand Over Start= 0 dBm Hand Over end = 6 dBm % min covered Area=2% Click on “force Neighbor Symmetry” for both way neighbors.
These above given fields to be filled before calculating the neighbours. After filling these fields can calculate the neighbor plan. Than go to the “RUN “ and tool will calculate the neighbors. After completion of “RUN “ command click on the “COMMIT” button.
