STEP-1: Install aspenONE products.
Click on start and type run in “search program and files”
After typing run, Press Enter
Run window will appear. Type \ \ 172.16.52.245 and click ok.
Click on Aspen Installation File.
For 64-bit system For 32-bit system
Click on Install aspenONE products
aspenONE Installer will check the system for prerequisite components and software.
If .NET framework is missing, this window will appear.
Click on Exit to exit the installation Process.
Remember: PLEASE EXIT THE INSTALLATION PROCESS IF THIS WINDOW APPEARS.
Go back to Aspen Installation Folder. Look for “3rd Party Redistributables”
This Folder contains all the .NET Framework required for installing aspenONE. Install the product which is missing as per slide no.10. After Installation, go back to Aspen Installation Folder and again start the aspenONE installation procedure as mentioned in the following slides:
For 64-bit system For 32-bit system
Click on Install aspenONE products
Select the following Products: Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Exchanger Design & Rating, Aspen Economic Evaluation, Aspen Basic Engineering.
Installation will start. It will take 20-30 Minutes to complete the installation.
Till then Grab a coffee and check back later!
Installation Finished.
Reboot the System.
STEP-2: Open Port 5093/5094.
Click on start and open control panel.
Click on System and Security
Click on Windows Firewall
Click on Advanced settings.
This Window will open.
Click on Inbound Rules.
Click on New Rule. This window Will Appear.
Select Port
Default Selection is TCP.
Select UDP Enter 5093
Enter 5093
5093 will appear in Inbound Rules.
Repeat the above process again for port 5094
5094 will appear in Inbound Rules.
Close
Allow a program or feature through windows firewall
Change settings Default selection Is Home/Work (Private)
Select Public also This will finish port opening process.
Step-3: Communicate with License server
Click on start and then click on All Programs
Look for AspenTech
Expand AspenTech And look for Aspen SLM
Expand Aspen SLM And Click on aspenONE SLM License Manager
