││ PURPOSE & BACKGROUND

A. Big Diggers is most important equipment at projects sites. Every types of product also have their own distinguished features of function and maintenance technique where development concepts of Tradesmen’s competence will be basic in general and need improving with specialisation of skills/knowledge for Big Digger.
Big Digger adalah jenis peralatan yang paling penting pada proyek – proyek Kita. Masing-masing jenis produk tersebut memiliki ciri-ciri tertentu serta fungsi dan cara perawatannya sendiri di mana konsep development untuk kompetensi Teknisi menjadi umumnya mendasar dan perlu ditingkatkan dengan spesialisasi pada keahlian/pengetahuan untuk Big Digger.
B. Approaches for Big Diggers specialization been initiated on the spot at some AMG sites now becomes under a structured program where working sideby-side with OEM technicians is currently the start towards work independency demonstrated by Petrosea Big Diggers competent specialists.
Pendekatan spesialisasi Big Digger telah dimulai secara spontan di beberapa lokasi AMG kini menjadi keharusan di mana bekerja yang dimulai berdampingan dengan teknisi dari OEM pada saat awalnya ini, akan mengarah pada Specialist dari Petrosea yang kompeten bekerja mandiri.
C. Extended use of OEM Technicians at Petrosea/AMG sites which is currently generating excessive costs for following tasks —but not limited to;
Kegunaan teknisi dari OEM yang berkelanjutan di site Petrosea/AMG yang saat ini menimbulkan biaya tinggi untuk pekerjaan berikut —namun tidak terbatas pada; Pekerjaan perakitan unit Big Digger —seperti pengadaan kru teknisi beserta pengawas OEM-nya, Testing/adjusting serta troubleshooting permasalahan pada Big Digger , Inspeksi pre-commissioning setelah pekerjaan besar/rekondisi, Inspeksi terhadap kesehatan unit sebagai bagian dari pengawasan kondisi (CM) pada Big Digger , Analisa kesalahan sebagai bahan bukti mengajukan klem untuk warranty.
Assembly work on Big Diggers — e.g. technicians crew, including provision of OEM supervisor(s), Testing/adjusting & troubleshooting for errors on Big Diggers, Pre-commissioning inspection after general recondition/repairs, Machine health inspection as part of Big Diggers conditions monitoring (CM), Applied failure analysts for evidence gathering for warranty claims.

E. This program is to specialize eligible learners on Big Diggers into 2(two) development stages;
I.
Common engines specialists;
Specialist untuk mesin umumnya; a) Melaksanakan inspeksi serta menjalankan prosedur analisa dengan menggunakan alat khusus OEM untuk mendiagnosa secara elektronik pada mesin yang dilengkapi dengan kendali/sistem monitoring dengan komputerisasi ,
b) Carry out procedural-diagnostic approaches in engines troubleshooting during Hitachi Machine Tune-up, Liebherr machine tune-up, Komatsu PM Clinic, Cummins and/or breakdowns
b) Melaksanakan pendekatan diagnosa sesuai prosedur dalam melakukan trouble-shooting selama mengerjakan tune up pada unit Hitachi, tune-up pada Liebherr, PM Clinic pada Komatsu, Cummins dan/atau kerusakan lainnya.
II. Specialist untuk produk Big Digger;
a) Inspect Road-worthiness of Big Digger for pre-commissioning as well as predictive maintenance purposes,
a) Inspeksi/uji kelayakan unit Big Digger untuk tujuan precommissioning maupun tujuan predictive maintenance,
b) Demonstrate procedural analysis with OEM electronicdiagnostic special tools,
b) Melaksanakan prosedur analisa dengan menggunakan alat khusus diagnosa elektronik OEM ,
c) Demonstrate work of OEM standards at Petrosea premises,
c) Bekerja berdasarkan standar OEM di lokasi Petrosea,
d) In case of short for exposure on one-whole Big Diggers assembly occurs at OEM vendor premises, Petrosea/AMG is to simulate the required work conditions at Petrosea premises with idling Big Diggers existing.
d) Jika terjadi kelangkaan pekerjaan perakitan Big Digger di lokasi OEM vendor , maka Petrosea/AMG harus mensimulate di lokasi Petrosea kondisi kerja yang dibutuhkan dengan menggunakan Big Digger idling yang ada.
F. These specialist are to also perform general employability/core units of MEM30205 Cert.III-equivalent job competence, as follows, after in-class session;
I.
a) Perform inspections & demonstrate procedural analysis with OEM electronicdiagnostic special tools on engines with electroniccomputerized monitoring controls/system,
II. Big Digger product specialists;
Program ini bertujuan men-spesialisasikan para peserta yang terpilih dalam 2(dua) tahapan pengembangan;
Para specialist ini akan juga bekerja dengan menerapkan kompetensi kerja dari yang setara dengan kualifikasi MEM30205 Cert.III , sebagai berikut, usai sesi in-class;
Work with others in manufacturing engineering environment (MEM16007A), Apply quality systems/procedure (MEM15002A & 15024A), Page 3 of 7
Organize, analyse & communicate information (MEM16006A), Plan both to undertake routine tasks and a complete activity (MEM14004A & 14005A), Assist in the provision of on-the-job-training (MEM17003A).

Development ini diperuntukkan bukan hanya bagi dua puluh lima mekanik ex-SST , atau Teknisi senior , namun juga para LH yang masih ada.

││ CONCLUSION
Selama akomodasi tersebut —secara keseluruhan selama ±200(dua ratus) hari, para peserta akan berada di luar site sehingga pekerjaan di masingmasing site perlu back-up.

K. After 18(eighteen) months, eligible learners who are currently of either fulltime inspectors, LHs and senior mechanics will be capable of to perform job roles as;

Setelah 18(delapan belas) bulan, para peserta yang terpilih yang saat ini merupakan baik full-time inspectors, LHs dan teknisi senior ex-SST mampu untuk mengerjakan pekerjaan sebagai;
Big Digger “Guru” yang mempertahankan performa Big Digger dengan menerapkan pengetahuan secara luar-dalam, Team leaders bagi anggota tim kerja kepada siapa mereka melapor ,

by means of applying inspection methodology & concepts from common engines, powertrain, upper/ undercarriage components of Big Diggers to different types of other mobile equiment/earthmovers.

“Super” inspectors untuk semua produk dengan cara menerapkan metodolgi serta konsep inspeksi dari komponen-komponen mesin-mesin, powertrain dan upper/undercarriage dari Big Digger kepada jenis peralatan bergerak/ earthmovers yang beragam.
