Title Performance Engineer
Department : FLOE
Department Purpose Directly responsible to the DGCA and Lion Airlines for ensuring that all operations activities can be carried out in accordance with Civil Aviation regulations and approved operations manuals.
Job Purpose A Performance Engineer is responsible to optimize aircraft operation through providing relevant support to flight crew, flight dispatch and TS-Engineering personnel in terms of Route Analysis, Aircraft Performance Monitoring, Fuel Monitoring and Analysis, satisfying all related regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities ·
Analysis for proposed new route and new aircraft.
·
Manage and ensure of all aircraft performance data and information including Fuel Factor, Fuel Mileage and aerodynamic data reliable and updated.

Manage and reporting for fuel monitoring and forecasting
·
Manage day to day duties and activities deemed necessary by operational requirements and formulate suitable methodology to facilitate flow of technical information to all concerned.

Manage and reporting for Operations Limitations
·
Monitor performance degradation for each aircraft and publish a quarterly report for the management in that respect. Establish a baseline for each new aircraft entering the fleet. Administrate and monitor related project development and management.
