Call for Papers Association of Indian Economic and Financial Studies (AIEFS) is sponsoring sessions at the 88th Annual Conference of Western Economic Association (WEA) in Seattle, WA, June 28 – July 2, 2013.
Paper proposals should be submitted to Professor Meenakshi Rishi, Assistant Executive Director, AIEFS by January 15, 2013. Program committee will be responsible for selecting papers for presentation. Authors of accepted papers will be informed of the committee’s decision by January 31, 2013. Authors are encouraged to make electronic submissions to Professor Rishi at

[email protected] [email protected].. All papers will also be invited for possible publication in a peer reviewed journal. All submissions must be accompanied by annual AIEFS membership dues and completed membership form (unless life member or 2013 dues already paid). AIEFS membership form can be downloaded from the website: www.aiefs.org www.aiefs.org.. Membership dues can also be paid electronically from the website. No submissions will be considered unless membership fee is paid. Submit detailed abstract of approximately 500 words which should include research objective, review of literature, methodology and sources of data for empirical papers.
