监控系统 MONITOR SYSTEM 驳船两侧都须设置测量点以控制驳船倾斜度。测量点布置如下所示: On both sides of the barge, measure points are set in order to monitor incline of the barge. Measure points are shown as below.

Lift up the cargo off the supports simultaneously by all the cranes and hold on to verify the crane readings. Adjust the readings until they are closed to the calculated readings. Move the cargo above the barge. The readings of each crane will be closely monitored and kept within the rated capacity.
在货物被放置到驳船上之前继续提升货物高度直至越过所有障碍物。 The cargo needs to be lifted above and clear from all obstructions, prior to lowering down onto the support on barge. 4.5.2
吊机解钩 CRANE DISCONNECTION
货物放置支撑上(如有需要可使用挡板帮助就位 )。解开吊机索具。 After upon landing on the barge (stopper plate can be used to help fit up when necessary), Cargo will be disconnected from the cranes. 4.5.3

注意 NOTICES 吊装前必须准备好作业许可并获得批准。待吊装结构和临时结构须通过尺寸检查、无损检 测和作业安全分析,其记录与相关机具证书均须齐备,作业许可方可签发。 Work permit shall be prepared and approved before the lifting operation. Structure and temporary structure dimension survey, NDE and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) shall be conducted and all records as well as valid certificate of relevant crane and riggings shall be in place and accepted before the lifting permit is issued.
作业区域应清理并以警戒线包围以防未授权的人员和车辆进入。 Operation area shall be cleared and surrounded with safety tape to stop unauthorized personnel and vehicles from entering.
若吊点处有油漆,钢丝绳与吊点接触的部分应以布料包裹以避免损坏油漆。 When the lifting point is coated, slings parts contacting the lifting point shall be wrapped with cloth to avoid damage to the coat.

Meteorological Bureau is in effect for strong wind or heavy fog or rainstorm or thunder.
天气预报需在装船前 3 天内每十二小时更新一次以提前发现任何天气变化,并且因每日举 行天气例会。如发现天气恶劣可能影响装船,则例会可视情况增加。 Weather forecasts will be received every twelve hours, three days prior to and during Loadout in order to discover any weather deterioration as early as possible and daily weather meetings will be held. If Loadout is delayed due to bad weather conditions, meeting may be held more f requently than described above.
