ASSESSMENT
The event was an avenue for the local chapter officers to meet with one another and be acquainted with the regional federation officers. Also, initial plans regarding the planned convention, which include the host school, the participating schools and the academic and non-academic non-academic events, were accordingly made.
The objectives of the meeting were successfully accomplished. The Vice-Presidents for Academic, Internal, and External Affairs presented their activities for the academic year. The Vice-President Vice-President for Finance also presented the budget budget proposal for the the first semester. The officers were accordingly oriented of their respective roles and responsibilities. responsibilities.

Assigned JPIA Officers supported the department during the enrolment process. 2 nd year to 5 th year Accountancy students were able to comply the requirements needed in order to continue in the program; and they were enrolled successfully.

To alleviate the needs of the Home for the Aged Administration in their operations To enable officers learn how to handle programs as a team To discover aspects and issues to be attended in order for the organization to function competently
To report the accomplishments of the previous semester and/or administration To induct the new, elected and appointed, officers of JPIA To present the financial statements of the organization to the members of JPIA and proposed activities for the semester
A smooth and successful program was delivered. The material donations turned over to the shelter came from both the new officers’ contribution and from the donation drive conducted by JPIA prior to the outreach program. The new JPIA Officers developed camaraderie and unity among themselves and at the same time offered delight to the elders of the said shelter. The first part of the program, the General Assembly, was able to meet its published objectives. Final disclosures for all activities were provided. Deliberation about the assessment fee was also conducted. The Acquaintance Party prepared was also undoubtedly entertaining and successful.
To conduct an acquaintance party for the members of JPIA To bring together the spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship among the MSU-IIT JPIA members; To showcase the talents and skills of the students To maintain the tradition of academic and nonacademic excellence to the accountancy students To determine certain participants for the Regional Midyear Convention and provide an avenue for preparation for the said convention To provide an avenue for the different talents and skills in several academic and non-academic events To establish camaraderie with other Accountancy schools from Region X and CARAGA
The Accountancy Day was successfully conducted with a theme, “Level Up!”. JPIA student-members were able to develop camaraderie and unity among their batchmates as well as among other batches. Through this activity, active participation of the students was sought and recognized thereby contributing to the success of the event.
The participation of MSU-IIT JPIA in the events held at Cagayan de Oro City was a great opportunity for them to showcase their intelligence, talents and skills. Through this activity, active participation of the students was sought and MSU-IIT JPIA was recognized as the Over-all Champion in Academic Events and eventually, the Over-all Champion of this year’s midyear convention. 2

First ONE JPIA Local Chapters Summit

2016 CBAA Days
To provide a ground for camaraderie and future alliance among Accountancy schools in Greater Iligan JPIA and Greater Lanao JPIA
The summit was accordingly conducted. Only officers from MSU-IIT (the initiating local chapter), MSU-Marawi, MSU-Naawan, MTIM and SMC attended the summit. Nevertheless, RC-AKIC and JPI are interested in joining the alliance. The summit came up with an activity – the ONE JPIA Event. MSU-IIT, as the host school, presented both the academic and non-academic events. The program was set to be held in November but was later deliberately cancelled by all participating schools due to conflicting schedules and heavy academic loads.
To provide an avenue for the different talents and skills The 2016 CBAA Days was successfully conducted. JPIA, being represented as “The Sleight”, was hailed as the Over in several literary, sports and cultural events all Champion for both the Literary and Special Events. To establish camaraderie with other departmentsocieties of the College of Business Administration and Consequently, the society was recognized as this year’s Over-All Champion. The enormous effort of all J PIA Accountancy student-members made the championship possible. To strengthen the camaraderie developed among JPIA student-members

October 2016 CPA Board Licensure Examination Passers’ Testimonial Program
To provide an avenue to select excellent regional academic achievers to compete in the nationallyrecognized academic challenge
MSU-IIT JPIA successfully sent participants to compete in these academic competitions: FAR Cup, AFAR Cup, Taxation Cup, and Auditing Cup. JPIA also sent participants to one of the two Case Study Competitions of the said convention. The registration fees of the participants were both shouldered by the department and the regional federation. MSU-IIT JPIA is now on the move to regularly send participants to NMYC as members are believed to have the ability to compete nationally.
To give due recognition to MSU-IIT BSA Graduates for passing the CPA Board Licensure Examination
The testimonial program for the passers was conducted successfully. JPIA was assigned for the venue preparation and decoration, program flow, technical support, awards preparation and others. After the program, students were inspired and optimistic on passing the exam. A dinner for

JPIA Thanksgiving Party
To assess RFJPIA’s performance during the previous semester’s activities (focus on the previously conducted Regional Midyear Convention) To present, discuss, and approve plans regarding the upcoming Annual Regional Convention To discuss other matters of the regional federation
To celebrate the accomplishments and achievements of JPIA for the first semester of the academic year To give due recognition to JPIA student-members who contributed to the success of JPIA in various activities and events
The regional federation officers successfully convened in pursuing the published objectives. Through this executive meeting, it was decided that MSU-IIT will host the 2017 Annual Regional Convention on February 24-26, 2017. MSU-IIT JPIA President, Mr. Charles Flores, laid down the plans regarding the convention to the other regional federation officers. The thanksgiving party was very entertaining and jubilant. JPIA Officers and members alike shared good food and enjoyed the games prepared in celebration of the society’s success for the first semester. JPIA shouldered the contribution of certain members who excelled in academics while officers and the rest of the society members shouldered their own contribution.
