Fundarea se realizeaza pe stratul de argila prafoasa vartoasa treptat tare avand presiunea conventionala de baza p conv =325 kPA (corespunzatoare unei latimi de 1 m si unei adancimi de fundare de 2 m), indicata in studiul geotehnic. Talpa fundatiei se va incastra minim 20 cm in stratul de fundare mentionat indiferent de adancimea la care acesta se gaseste, respectand cotele minime prevazute in detaliile de fundatii. Daca este cazul se va turna beton de egalizare suplimentar fata de grosimile prevazute in proiect.
