SELF HEALING : 1. Sit on a comfort and relax position, but keep straight your spinal column. Close your eyes, deep and slow breath. 2. Say affirmation : “Now, I will receive FIRE CRYSTAL REIKI attunement from … (Your teacher name) with perfectly. Thank you !”. 3. Think 3 times : “FIRE CRYSTAL REIKI”. 4. Attunement will run approximately 10 minutes.
HEALING FOR OTHERS : 1. You can using any healing methods that usual you do to give healing for others. 2. Think : “FIRE CRYSTAL REIKI”. 3. Don’t think anything about healing process, because this is an automatically process to run and stop. Usually approximately 10 minutes.
Note : Also you can using any healing methods to give a distance healing.
PROTECTION : 1. To make a protection, only with say : “FIRE CRYSTAL REIKI to protecting … (mention an location or name of person). Thank you !”. 2. And then visualization an location or a name of person that you want to protected. 3. This process will run approximately 5 minutes.

FIRE CRYSTAL REIKI Hari Andri Winarso MEDITATION : 1. Sit on a meditation position that make you comfort and relax, but keep straight your spinal column. Close your eyes, deep and slow breath. 2. Imagine a Fire Crystal on your Heart Chakra, and then a flame of fire appear from the Fire Crystal. With slowly that fire be more bigger and burn your body. 3. Keep your imagination as long as you can, when you felt tired to keep the imagination, stop to do that. Forget about Fire Crystal, Forget the flame of fire. And enter your deep meditation state. 4. Do this meditation as long as you want and as long as you can. Didn’t have a time limit.
