For example, your name Project is ISTC-TRAINING , The type is Project and The Storage Location is a Default location don’t change. And Press button OK.

Right Click at your name project ISTC-TRAINING at a left side, Like this -> Choose Insert New Object menu -> SIMATIC 300 Station

Now you can See the 11 rail or rows, like this, and you can drag to show the full rows or rail

Please you coise the rail 2 and Double click at 6ES7 315-2AF00-0AB0 , then you can see properties – PROFIBUS interface DP Don’t change the properties Address. Please press the New button and Press OK.

To change properties module you must right click at 4 slot and Object Properties

And you can change the Start and End Inputs, after you change you must press OK Button.

STEP 14 now you must enter Digital Output (DO) to 6 & 7 slot
Choose SM 322 DO16XDC 24 V / 0,5 A. If you get Alert like this, you must change the DO-300 with the other type but with the same type name is DO 16 x DC 24v/0.5 A .
Click OK Button, and choose another type. And the result like this, Slot 7&8 contain DO ( Digital Output ) with the DO16Xdc24v/0.5 A

Now will containing slot 8-9 with AI ( Analog Input ) 2 x 12 bit. Like this
Double Click SM 331 A12x12Bit ( 2 x ) and automatically containing at 8 & 9 slot like this image.
STEP 16 Now you must contain 10 & 11 slot to Digital Output, you can use AO-300 from SM-300 and choose SM 332 AO2 x 12 Bit.

You must save and Compile
STEP 17 Back to SIMATIC MANAGER, Maximize CPU 315-2 DP and go to the blocks to open OB1.
Before you must to made a Function ( FC1) From the blocks, right click and Insert new object -> Function

Now appear Properties – Function, name FC1, don’t change the Name and fill the name at Symbolic Name : ex. TESTINGDIGITAL, don’t change Created in Language because we use a Ladder Diagram ( LAD ). Obey the Symbol Comment blank. And press OK Button.

And Appear FC1 windows Like this, you can start ready to make ladder diagram a Network in the rung. Fill the PCI : Title and Title the networks.
Create the FC1 Title : “TESTING COMBINATION OF DIGITAL SIGNAL”

Klik the Ladder symbol and outomatically made in the rung. Okey, I will make a 3 network, 1. Control For 1 Input & 1 Output 2. Control for 2 Input & 2 Output 3. 2 Digital Paralel and 1 Output

Select CALL and put the rung like this image, double click at CALL, CALL will be automatically enter at the rung.
Now you give the name for CALL, Press F on the keyboard, like this, will be appear the name of your project TESTINGDIGITAL, okey. Now you double click at the name TESTINGDIGITAL

And now appears S7-PLCSIM- Simview1 display, click OK.

Then appear SIMVIEW1 Display or Control for CPU, Input and Output Modules

This is SIMVIEW1 Display or Control for CPU, Input and Output Modules completely.

Or choose the Download Image
Then appear this notice press YES Button
Comeback again at OB1 Windows, select PLC -> Download

Goto the Monitor Press the Sun glasses Image to On / Off
