4th house is the house of happiness, mother, house and property, vehicles and close friends. Vidhunmukh means to see things before it happens i.e. to get the knowledge of the things which are going to happen soon, in very near future. You can call it an instinct or intuition power or gut feeling and it is natural, it is a reward for the good karmas the native has done in previous incarnations that God has given him this ability.
