The Annual Maintenance Contract is pr vided to our customers to ensure timely preven ive maintenance of their valuable machines. The services shall include routine, periodic and milestone maintenance and servicing to insure the safe, continuous and efficient operation of th machine. In general the meaning of routine, periodic and milestone maintenance and servicing shall be as specified and/or recommended by the manufactur r of the machine (Sparkonix).

����� �� ����: The Annual Maintenance Contract ensures peace of mind of the customer and involves minimal paper work in getting services. AMC customer service calls are given priority over regular serv ce calls ensuring minimal downtime and quicker redressal of complaints.

Preventive Maintenance of Machine @ 4 man days yearly. Breakdown maintenance of machine 4 man days in 12 months. Geometrical checking once in 12 months for one man day. We also provide online support.
���������� �� ���������� In the event of breakdown the customer should inform to Head Office at Pune by telephone/fax/Email. On receipt of intimation Sparkonix will depute the service engine er within two working days from the date of receipt of intimation. ������� ��������� Customers who avail AMC will get following benefits for one y ear: Discount on spares and consumables of CNC Lathe Machine : 10%
����� We are offering the above service at a very reasonable cost. We are charging Rs. 1,20,000.00 (Rs. One lakh twenty thousand only) plus service tax i.e.12.36% for one year.
Replacement of any deteriorated or damaged parts will be charge extra.
������� ������ The full payment for AMC is to be made in advance.
��������� ����� 1. The above mentioned amount is for one machine (CNC Lathe M/C) only. 2. Breakdown visits are the part of the scheme and not compulsory, in case of breakdown only it is applicable. 3. Frequency of Visit of Engineer for Preventive Maintenance:
4 Man days per year carrying out preventive maintenance as per Annual Maintenance contract. 4 Man days breakdown maintenance. 1 Man-day of Geometrical Check. 8 Days prior intimation required before taking up preventive maintenance. The schedule of the visits shall be prepared in consultation with you.
4. Response Time: We shall depute our engineer at your site as per pre-designated schedules. In case of breakdown maintenance we shall depute our service engineer within 48 hours. 5.
Spare Parts and Consumables:-
These are not covered under the proposal. The list of recommended spares we will provide you soon. The recommended spares should be procured and stocked by you. Quality of spares and consumables should be as per recommended spares list. 6. Facilities to be provided by you: All necessary handling facilities including tools and tackles to carry out the preventive maintenance. Consumable such as oils, lubricants, coolant, cleaning agent, etc. Assistance (manual labor) for cleaning, lifting, etc. Standard tools and instruments. 7. In case of failure of Delcam (Software), CNC Siemens system, and stabilizer, diagnosis will be done by Sparkonix engineer but for breakdown problems or other issues you have to contact directly to these suppliers with our help.
