The Installation of the above Steel has been Satisfactorily completed in accordance with the Drawings& Specifications. Note: This QCR form revised on 23.11.2008 as per the site requirement and QCR form # 125 shall not been used further as per (PMC commends) Transmittal # PI-092-LIN-PMC-TX-21510. ORGANIZATIONS
